The apartment has an east terrace and is ideal for 2 people.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a de Longhi fully automatic coffee machine, as well as a microwave, oven / ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and a cozy counter with bar stools in the kitchen area!

The separate living and sleeping area with a view of the garden has a TV, DVD and radio
fitted!

You can enjoy your breakfast in the garden in the sun or in the shade of our walnut tree! In the garden there are two loungers, sufficient seating, a fire basket and a grill for you!

The Ammersee is in about 25 minutes. Reachable on foot, in just 5 minutes you are on the König-Ludwig-Weg and in 15 minutes on the Ammersee-Höhenweg. The bus stop is approx. 50 meters away and a bakery can be reached in 5 minutes.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Leider ist im April noch vieles Geschlossen was sehr schade war.

Gelungene Auszeit in ländlicher Idylle

Ein großer Garten, der viele Besucher beherbergt wie Enten, Elstern und Raben, lädt zum Beobachten und Entspannen auf der eigenen Terrasse ein. Die Wohnung ist mehr als ausreichend für zwei Personen, die Ruhe suchen. Alles an notwendigen Utensilien ist vorhanden, wenn man kochen, braten oder backen will.I

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen von der Größe her genau richtig. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön zum Entspannen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und ist sehr nett gestaltet.

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der schnuckeligen Ferienwohnung bei Frau Pollak. Wir kamen in eine sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Kaffeevollautomat und Spülmaschine, wie beschrieben. Auch der Garten ist wunderschön. Schon beim Frühstück schnatterten die Laufenten im Garten umher. Wir hatten auch richtig gutes Badewetter. Mit unseren E-Bikes waren wir auch schnell am Ammersee. Ein großes Dankeschön nochmals an Frau Pollak, die immer sehr freundlich war und wir durften sogar am Abreisetag noch die Dusche benutzen, so dass wir auch diesen Tag noch mit Baden im See genießen konnten. Ammerseeurlaub

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Wieder war alles wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet - die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit - die Gegend für Radfahrer perfekt - der See war super klar und erfrischend - wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
