The interior features 3 quaint sized bedrooms offering just enough space for up to 6 tenants, central air-conditioning, a comfy couch, and a spacious fully enclosed porch, outdoor furniture, outdoor grill and a full size backyard for outdoor games and fun! Short walk to playground, field and basketball court. Kayak/canoe rental down the street, volleyball net, various sports balls available upon request. Even shorter walk to Narrow River!

About the host

Dan's grandfather built this house as a beach cottage for summer family getaways back in 1950. Although the property has changed hands many times over the years, it's always stayed within the family. Carrying on that tradition, Dan and Jen purchased the property in 2020 after having managed it for many years. "This house is like coming home for us."
Why they chose this property
Dan worked with his mom around 2005 to winterize the home for year round living. Central air and heat have been added and the couple plans to make further renovations in the next few years. "Our goal is to someday retire here"
What makes this property unique
Although this house is not super-sized, the back yard is! Compared to most other properties in this area, our beach house offers more than a full lot as a back yard. Come enjoy our space for your get-away!
