- Check-in: After 4:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM.

- You can check-in as late as you want, you will receive a unique pin code that will activate at Check-In (4:00 PM). This code will expire after 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

-Information will be sent to you after booking regarding details for your stay.

- Grocery concierge is available for an additional/separate fee (advanced notice required).

- Golf Cart rentals are located nearby.

- A starter pack is provided that includes a small dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a limited number of dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Please note that this is a standard starter pack and guests will have to provide anything beyond this, should these items run out, as stay durations do vary.

- Smart TV's (4 total) in each bedroom and living room with Netflix is provided. (Bring your own passwords to watch on other platforms).

I like to give guest their space, however, I am available for any questions during your stay. Office Business Hours: 9am EST - 12am EST- 7 days per week. A local property manager is also available 24/7 for any questions or needs during your stay. Contact Info for local property management will be given during check-in instructions.

This beach home is conveniently located on main street, Stingaree Dr, and has directed access to the beach (400 ft away)! On the opposite end, you'll find the best seafood in town at the Stingaree Restaurant. There is a dollar general and grocery store just a short drive away.

A personal vehicle will be needed to travel around. Driving on the beach is also permitted, however, parking on the beach requires a permit ($10 from the Big Store). Golf carts are available for rent in the area as well.

Occupancy: Beds are rated for up to 8 guests, however, home can sleep up to 10 MAX, with 2 persons on couch for an additional $25 per person per night. There are no exceptions and this must be approved with host.

Pets: Up to 2 Dogs (MAX) will be permitted and must be pre-approved! No cats allowed under any circumstances. A non-refundable pet fee applies. Please be sure to add "pet" to your reservation for fee break down.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

These are strict check-in and check-out times. Any check out time after 10:00 AM will incur an additional charge of $10 for every 10 minutes after 10:00 AM.

Parking and Access:

You are able to park on the driveway with 4 cars.

The front door will be your main point of access to the home. It is located up 2 flights of stairs. Garage access is given for complimentary beach chairs and any other beach items you'd like to store during your stay.

Check-In Process

You will be given a unique pin code to enter through the front door at Check-In at 4:00 PM. This code will expire after Check-Out (10:00 AM) on the day of your departure.

No key or contact with the host is required for checking in, so you may check-in any time after 4:00 PM on your arrival day.

Check-Out Process

- Check out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, please be reminded that any check out time after 10:00 AM will incur an additional charge of $10 for every 10 minutes after 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaners to clean and prepare the home in a timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation on this.

What to do when checking out:

- Please have dishes washed (either by hand or dishwasher) and put away prior to leaving.

(A limited number of dishwasher pods are given in the starter pack)

- Please switch off all lights and heating/cooling.

- Please place used towels in a pile next to the laundry closet and keep linens - where they are when checking out.

- Please lock all windows and doors.

- Please clear all food from the cupboards and fridge and place in a trash bag. Please put the trash bag in the black receptacle bins in front of the house.
