This third floor apartment is located in a quiet 60 unit, twelve floor oceanfront building on a beautiful fine grain white sand beach. The crystal clear ocean at your doorstep provides a spectacular backdrop for snorkeling and other water sports. It is walking distance to the famous Port Lucaya, which offers great shopping by day and provides an exciting night life of clubs, and restaurants. The unit is decorator furnished and abundantly equipped with all linens and dishes and other amenities to make one's stay very comfortable. A Keurig coffee maker is provided. Bring your K-cups.Tenancy is limited to ages 12 and up. A 7 day minimum stay is required.

We stayed at 305 for a month,our 19th year visiting Grand Bahama. The apartment has some good amenities, although there is too much furniture and it is rather shabby. Please donot ask the woman any questions, since she does not want to be bothered at all. There was a major hurricane right after we sent our downpayment, so naturally I needed to know if the place sustained damages, etc. She insulted me and was VERY rude to me about having asked questions that ANYONE would need to know for a month's stay. Please contact the husband, who could not be nicer. It is apparent that she does not want any involvement.

Fantastic Condo On The Beach
We were so impressed with this beautiful condo at Riveria Towers. Mary Lou (owner) is there to help you with all the questions you may have checking in. The condo itself has everything one could want for their stay, all the kitchen amenities, beautifully decorated with a beach theme, beach chairs, towels, linens, and space, space, space! It is within walking distance to Port Lucaya Marketplace, on the beautiful Coral Beach. You won't be disappointed, we will be back and it will be here!!!!

Awesome news years family get away.
Our family stayed in this Riviera Towers condo from Dec 2016-Jan 2017. I have stayed in this building many times before and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Despite a significant hurricane just three months before our visit, the condo and building were in great shape. We had a wonderful family vacation. Everyone was very friendly and there were a lot of families there. There was no shortage of folks to tell us where to get groceries, fish, sightsee etc. The condo was clean and had a well equipped kitchen with dishes, a cooler for the beach, plenty of towels, good internet access and cable TV. The beach is quiet and one of the best on the island. It's perfect for kids. The pool is clean and in great shape. The condo is any easy walk to lots of attractions or you can slide next door and have Nathan make you an island drink at the oceanside bar/grill. We had an awesome relaxing family getaway and plan to return. You simply can not beat this place.

We have just returned from the beautiful Bahamas and would highly recommend staying in this property. A very quiet building made it perfect for rest and relaxation and had all the amenities conveniently in one spot. The pool is lovely as is the beach. Do not miss the sunrise from the beach. Photos of the condo are accurate and it is very comfortable spot. Solomon's grocery store is a short bus ride away for $1.25 each way. For a bit extra they will often bring you right to your door if you have a large grocery order. Tourism is the largest industry and you will find the people very helpful and friendly. Bahamians always great you as they pass on the street with a good morning or a Y'all right? If you are looking to travel the island, talk to one of the taxi drivers. Often they will charge a per head rate and take you where you wanted to go.There were several ideas on pamphlets of things that were available to do and any number of . Any questions were answered promptly by the owner. Definitely going to rent this glorious space again!

Gorgeous beachfront condo, very nice people at the condo, and the beach was just stunning. Three miles of beautiful walks everyday. Lovely condo with ocean views and a beautiful ocean breeze. A very lovely relaxing vacation, will definitely return to this paradise!

Peaseful time!!!!!!
We absolutely loved our stay at this home. It is beautiful, clean and looks exactly as the pictures show. This location is perfect for visiting all of the local amusement places,It was so relaxing returning to this home after a full day out . Our kids enjoyed and spent many hours in the pool: day and night. Thank you again, Mary Lou, for sharing your home with us. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of five . The kitchen is well equipped and perfect to cook any type of meal at home but if you don't feel like cooking, you can just take the elevator and have a great lunch or dinner at the coral reef restaurant just below the house. Grand Bahamas is wonderful, beautiful beaches and the most friendly people we ever met. I definitely watched the ocean for hours .The beach out front is perfect. We snorkeled right off the beach numerous times, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We took day trips to Paradise Cove and Lucayan National Park. The walk down to the Port Lucaya Marketplace was easy (and beautiful). We really appreciated your quick response to emails and fast wi-fi!!!!!!!! Thank you again for everything! We would love to visit this home again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Friendly, quiet and peaceful setting
What a wonderful experience this was. Our first time to the Bahamas and renting this condo was a great find! The unit is well kept, clean and plenty of linens. We had a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of space. Most of the time we were down by the beautiful pool and beach area. The building is well maintained and the grounds and pool area are kept immaculate! The beach area was a relaxed setting and felt very private which was perfect for my husband and myself. The younger adults enjoyed it as well, but also enjoyed going up towards the Lucayan beach area which was busy with a younger crowd, music and all that goes with that. My husband and I were happy to hang out at the "quiet" place. The community of people who are there often were all very friendly which made our experience all the more comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet, friendly and RELAXING getaway, I would highly recommend renting this condo. ENJOY!!

Perfect week at the beach
This 12-story apartment building is so well-maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. You can enjoy the ocean view from the comfort of the couch. Well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher was so handy to use. Bedrooms are nice and bathrooms are updated. My three daughters and I loved this centrally-located perch on a beautiful beach. Next door, the condo complex has a beach restaurant and bar -- fun to hang out. I'd highly recommend this particular unit.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe mit 5 Personen verreist und dieses Apartment war dafür perfekt. Es bot genug Platz für alle an, vor allem auch, da es über zwei Badezimmer (eines mit WC und Dusche und eines mit WC und Badewanne). Erwähnenswert ist auch das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschine und eines Trockners, sodass man nicht mit einem Koffer schmutziger Wäsche abreisen muss. Der Wohnbereich war sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Alle Utensilien für die Benutzung der Küche waren ausreichend vorhanden. Großartig ist der Strand direkt vor der Tür. Zwar sind rechts und links vom Tower Hotels, diese waren zu unserer Zeit (Juni 2011) jedoch nicht sehr stark belegt, sodass wir den Strand bisweilen für uns alleine hatten. Die Managerin, Salandra, ist ebenfalls eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Frau. Da Grand Bahama nicht die Hauptinsel für Touristen darstellt ist dementsprechend auch nicht sehr viel an Unterhaltung geboten. Abends kann man in Freeport noch den ein oder anderen Cocktail genießen aber das wars dann auch schon. Kurzum: für einen entspannten Urlaub mit weißem Strand und glasklarem Wasser ideal.

Our Vacation in the Condo was TERRIFIC
My family just returned from a wonderful vacation during which we stayed at this Wonderful Condo (2/18/11 through 2/16/11). The3 Condo is very clean, comfortable, well decorated and has all the amenities you will need for a wonderful vacation. The location is SUPERB. The location is directly on the beach, and ONLY a short distance to the hub of all activities (the Marketplace) as well as services such as the Grocery store. I not on ly would highly recommend the condo for ANYONE, but will seriously condsider a return visit if it is available. The staff at the condo is great and the owners are a pleasure to do business with from our remote location. My wife and daughter (13) were VERY pleased, so my days went well.

Wonderful Week at this Condo
This is a beautifully decorated,very clean & comfortable condo. It is even prettier than the photos! Well equipped and maintained. The owner always responded quickly to any inquiries. It was wonderful to spend the week here and there was plenty of room for 5 adults.We would definitely recommend this condo to future visitors. Wonderful location and includes everything you'd need and more
This rental was absolutly perfect. It has all the amenities that you would need to have a great vacation. I loved the fact that I could do laundry so that the swim suits were always dry. Being able to walk to the beach at any time and enjoy the waves and sunsets was the icing on the cake. Don't pass this rental up!

Highly Recommended
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very delightful and comfortable condo! It has lots of windows for light and fresh ocean breezes, a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach and every kitchen convenience with stainless cookware and a large assortrment of utensils for the chef. You can totally relax here and fall asleep with sounds of the ocean waves in a super comfortable queen size bed. There is lots of storage so you can empty your suitcase and feel right at home. We found it to be beautifully decorated with attention to every detail and also very clean. We have stayed in many Freeport condos over the years and this one is by far our favorite. Our home away from home!
