This home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms.

The peaceful primary suite boasts a king bed, a 42” TV, and direct access to the backyard. Highlights of the luxurious en-suite bathroom include a double vanity, walk-in shower, water closet, and deep jetted tub.

The second bedroom holds two queen beds, while the third bedroom has a king bed. The fourth bedroom offers a full-size daybed with a twin trundle as well as a scenic private balcony.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Outfitted with a gas grill and a smoker, the fenced backyard has everything you’ll need to prepare authentic Texas barbecue. Enjoy a game of giant beer pong while your brisket slow-cooks, then dine alfresco at the table for eight. (This reservation includes an all-natural mosquito service that sprays twice per day, which does a fantastic job of keeping the bugs away.)

Escape to the rooftop deck to discover a secluded lounge among the trees. Relax on plush seating and watch the game on the 50” TV. The deck now features a putting green (2024).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
