This is a bright, sunny apartment with about 62 m². The beautiful balcony has an area of 12 m² and has sun from morning to evening, of course only when it shines. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV is available. It is only about 400 m walk to Lake Constance. You can walk along the lake directly to the main promenade in about 15 minutes.
The nearest bakery and butcher is only about 400 m away. Lidl and Edeka are also within walking distance. Each about 1 km. From the main station, take bus nos. 6 and 7 to Eberhardstrasse. On foot you walk in about 30 minutes to the train station.

Eigentlich ist die Gästekarte immer Bestandteil der FEWO-Miete! Wir haben keine erhalten. Der Vermieter: Es ist nicht üblich???? Duch das schlechte Wetter mussten wir oft den Nahverkehr benutzen! ( auf eigene Kosten )

Gute und ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man kann auch ohne Auto von dort aus viel unternehmen. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt etwas veraltet, aber für ein paar Tage Urlaub ausreichend.

Super Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man benötigt, sogar Gewürze in der Küche. Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am See, am Hafen oder in der Innenstadt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Traumurlaub

Unser Urlaub war einfach traumhaft. Besonders für Familien mit Kinder einfach ideal. Kurze Fußwege zum Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Dazu war alles gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Sonnige und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit viel Raum

Wir fühlten uns wohl und wurden vom Vermieter freundlich und sympatisch empfangen. Der Balkon ist sehr sonnig gelegen und grosszügig. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden. Das Preis Leistungs verhältnis stimmt absolut. Man wohnt fast im Zentrum. Nur einige Gehminuten bis zum Hafenbahnhof, einer schönen Seepromenade entlang. Besten Dank, Josef Fleischer und Rosalie!

Schöne Wohnung, zentral und ruhig gelegen

Vielen Dank vorab an den Vermieter für den schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Abstimmung hat in allen Punkten sehr gut geklappt. Die FeWo ist zentral gelegen und Buslinien, Bäcker, Bodensee, Promenade und Bootsanleger sind in wenigen Gehminuten sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns vorab die Bodensee Card plus beschafft mit welcher viele Attraktionen/Erlebnisse in Summe kostengünstiger erlebt werden konnten. Bitte nur drauf achten dass nicht alle Buslinien mit der Bodensee Card plus abgedeckt werden. Für uns war der Aufenthalt insgesamt ein besonderes Erlebnis, auch dank der tollen Ferienwohnung ;)

Nette zentrale Wohnung in Friedrichshafen

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man am See, in gut fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen (hervorragenden) italienischen Imbiss, ein (ebenfalls hervorragendes) gutbürgerliches Restaurant sowie einen guten türkischen Imbiss. Auch die Innenstadt von Friedrichshafen mit einem großen Supermarkt, vielen weiteren Restaurants und Bars ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten an der B31, von der aus man weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten des Bodensees erreichen kann. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man im Alltag braucht. Die Betten fanden wir bequem. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Kinderzimmer gab es einige Spielsachen und Hefte/Kinderbücher, was unser Sohn ganz toll fand. Herr Fleischer hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Via whatsapp war er für Nachfragen erreichbar. Wir können die FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Herbsturlaub am Bodensee

Die Wohnung ist zentral in Friedrichshafen gelegen. Sehr kurze Wege zum See, Hafen, Bahnhof, Uferpromenade. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit den Bodenseeticket. Damit kommt man ohne Auto überall hin.

FeWo mit viel Platz

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege bis zum Wasser. 2 Buslinien quasi vor der Tür 《5 Min.》 entfernt. Mit dem Bodenseeticket kann man den Bodensee mit Bus, Bahn und Schiff erkunden. Wir haben unser Auto nicht benutzt.

Schöne Unterkunft, netter Vermieter

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Bis zum Ortszentrum ist es ca. 1km (Fußweg). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr ruhig und nach ein paar hundert Meter am Ufer des Sees entlang, ist man mitten im Trubel. Im Appartment ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben vor allem die schöne Terrasse genutzt.
