Our comfortably furnished 60 sqm apartment is located in a holiday home on the upper floor. It is designed for a visit of 4 people and leaves nothing to be desired for a neat and cozy holiday home. Your accommodation has two bedrooms, 1 double bed, two single beds. In the well-equipped eat-in kitchen you will find everything your heart desires. Here you can sit comfortably and have a chat on the modern flat screen.

The quiet apartment is located in a cul-de-sac and in an optimal location about 50m behind the dike. You can park your vehicle directly at the house. Shops, restaurants or bistros can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Our holiday guests receive free hospitality with coffee & tea in our Bistro & Cafe directly in the Döser Meile at the Kugelbake. You can get information about outdoor attractions or sights from us or from the information desk of the spa administration. The apartment is available for rent all year round.

Our apartments are located in a spa area. We would like to point out that a tourist tax is charged per person / per night and depending on the season for people aged 16 and over. This amount will be collected in cash at the Chek In. The amount is between € 1.60 to € 2.60. You will receive a spa card.

Leider kein Balkon!
In der Beschreibung steht Balkon/ Terasse . Da es im OG ist haben wir damit gerechnet das es einen Balkon gibt. Leider keiner da. Sofa durchgesessen leider auch die Betten… schmutzige Gläser, abgerantzte Handtücher. Die Lage ist super , Kommunikation auch . Allerdings müsste die Wohnung besser gepflegt sein.

Duschtür für uns zu schwergängig, für unsere Oma nicht zu bewegen. Fernseher im Wohnbereich defekt, brummt zu laut. Duschhandbrause passt nicht zur Wandhalterung. MfG

Zu teuer für all die Mängel!
Viele kleine Mängel, die in der Summe zu viel sind und vor allem den Preis absolut nicht rechtfertigen!!! Die Wohnung macht insgesamt einen sehr schmuddeligen Eindruck, überall sind Spinnweben und Staub, der Boden ist klebrig, die Bettwäsche kaputt, Handtücher fleckig, Möbel zerschrammt, total durchgelegene Matratzen, das WLAN funktioniert im Wohnzimmer/Küche nicht, das Geschirr ist dreckig im Schrank, es riecht muffig und im Bad nach Abwasser, es ist super hellhörig zu der unteren Wohnung und die Badezimmertür und Fenster lassen sich nur mit Gewalt schließen. Schön ist auch der Hinweis, dass man den Staubsauger nur auf niedrigster Stufe verwenden darf, da sonst die Sicherung rausfliegt... Immerhin bekommt man noch den freundlichen Hinweis, wo der Sicherungskasten ist. Einzig schönes: Die Lage... direkt hinterm Deich zwischen Duhnen und der Kugelbake. Fazit: Man kann die Wohnung definitiv nicht für diesen Preis und in diesem Zustand vermieten. Und am Ende des Aufenthaltes fragt man sich nur, wofür die 60€ Reinigungspauschale verwendet wurden...

Netter Kontakt zu Kenny und schöne Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung. Einzig und allein ein Gemüseschäler hat gefehlt. Aber das war zu verkraften ;-)

Viele kleinere Mängel
Alle Türen (auch Toilette!) ließen sich nicht, oder nur mit Gewalt schließen. Ebenso das Fenster im Kinderschlafzimmer. Türklinken fielen ab (wurde dann sofort vom Vermieter repariert). Bettwäsche teilweise defekt (Reißverschlüsse kaputt, nur vereinzelte Knöpfe). Am Stuhl waren die Schrauben lösen, so dass die Sitzfläche ganz lise war (selbst repariert) Fernbedienungen waren die Batterien leer (wurden vom Vermieter erneuert). Staubsauger hat bei Bedingung unangenehm gestunken. Alles Kleinigkeiten,aber in der Summe ärgerlich.

+ einwandfreie Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter + Lage (zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten zum Strand) - Zustand entspricht nicht den Fotos (leider schwarzer Schimmel im Schlafzimmer vorhanden) - Küchenausstattung recht spartanisch Fazit: Für einen Kurzurlaub vertretbar, Vermieter nett, jedoch hätte ich einen anderen Zustand der Wohnung erwartet.

unkompliziert, tolle Lage, kinderfreundlich
Super Lage der Wohnung, super Kommunikation im Vorfeld, währenddessen und im Nachhinein. Einziger kleiner Manko sind die Lichtverhältnisse im Kinderzimmer (keine Rolladen), sodass man sich vielleicht etwas zum Verdunkeln mitbringen könnte, damit die Kleinen früh und lange schlafen. Sonst alles top!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal. Für eine Übernachtung ist die Wohnung ausreichend. Für den Preis der Endreinigung kann man mehr erwarten.

Eine Woche Steilsand 2 Dunen
Der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Leichte Renovierungen am Haus, die aber nicht gestört haben. Ansonsten alles so wie beschrieben! Daher sind wir sehr zufrieden nach 1 Woche nach Hause gefahren!

im großen und ganzem war alles ok. Das Preisleitungsprinzip passte. In der Küche hätten gerne noch mehr Küchenutensilien sein dürfen. Es fehlten u. a. kleine Gläser, Dessertschüsseln, Besen und ein vernüftiger Staubsauger.

Top Lage! Nur 5 min zum Strand, keine 10 min zum nächsten Bäcker oder Supermarkt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
