Signed Rental Agreement must be completed in order to confirm reservation.

Our low 9th floor corner location provides for the ultimate views of 'the worlds most beautiful beaches'. (There are 4 levels of parking under the building) The size of this unit is among the largest 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath units on the beach with over 1600 square feet of beautiful living space and 2 gulf front balconies.
This 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath jewel has sleeping space for 8 with 2 King Master Bedrooms, a Guest Bedroom with 2 Full beds and a Queen sleeper sofa.
The Living Area and both Master Bedrooms have sliding doors opening to the huge covered balcony. which is 285 square feet!!! You can enjoy the spectacular views directly from the king sized bed in both of the Master Bedrooms. The 2nd King Master has its own private balcony overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Gulf as well as a spacious private bathroom.
The Guest Bedroom has 2 Full beds and is decorated to ensure your enjoyment. The Guest Bath is decorated in complementary color tones and set up with our guests in mind, including all the necessities.
The Living Area features furniture in beachy colors. The queen sized sleeper sofa and recliners allow for maximum comfort. The 9 ft ceilings make the space even more open.
The Dining Area can accommodate 6 people and is situated to take advantage of the outstanding views from the floor to ceiling windows. There are 6 additional seats at the oversized granite kitchen bar to provide even more space for family and friends. The main balcony can accommodate another 6+ people for dining.
The Kitchen boasts granite counters, a pantry, stainless steel appliances and is set up with all the amenities of home. Whether you plan to dine out, enjoy the fresh local seafood or prefer to cook family meals yourself - the condo is set up to accommodate your every need.
The unit has 4 LED televisions with cable television and access to streaming services. Wireless internet service is also provided, for your convenience, at no additional cost. The unit has LVP & tile flooring throughout (No Carpet)!
Sterling Reef is a Non-Smoking resort featuring 2 pools overlooking the Gulf (one heated seasonally) and parking under the building (no more dragging your luggage from a parking deck, across a sky-bridge). You park directly under the building and take the elevator to the unit, it couldn't be easier! There is an on-site workout/exercise room available as well as a grilling area, set up with gas grills for your use. The location is perfect - adjoining the 1700 ft of public unspoiled beach, you never have to worry about overcrowded beaches. If you enjoy fishing or views from a pier, the MB Miller Fishing Pier is within walking distance. Beachfront, you will find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella provided seasonally, free of charge for our guests. There are also daily rentals of banana boat rides, jet ski's and parasailing, all very reasonably priced. The fishing pier will provide an additional element of family fun. Just minutes away you will find Pier Park, all the best restaurants, miniature golf and of course grocery stores, Target & Wal-Mart. (Pier Park is 3 - 3.5 miles away)
