This 1500 sq.ft. has LARGE rooms; each bedroom is 15x15, so there is plenty of room to spread out! each bedroom has two queen beds and the house will comfortably sleep 8 people!The large living/dining room provide a nice family gathering location; a full kitchen and onsite laundry complete the house. There's even a handicap ramp for access to the property!

My wife and I have been married for 25+ years and this is her hometown! I've lived here for 15+ years and together we have 3 children, 5 dogs, and 2 cats! We found a creative passion in renovating homes!
Why they chose this property
This house was our 1st house together and was remodeled down to the studs when we bought it! It was our1st home upon moving back to Illinois in 1995 as well. This 1500 sq.ft. of the house was added on in the 1960's, but the attached home was built in 1885 and has seen many changes in Olney throughout the years! It's located close to all of the Olney amenities.
