Located in Beachside II on the 3rd floor in Sandestin ® this condo offers stunning views of the sugar white sand and the famous emerald waters. This newly remodeled one bedroom beachfront condo contains a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience. The condo offers the largest of the one bedroom floor plan with the bedroom on the Gulf.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a complimenting backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and more.

Amenities include-A pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI.

Property manager is awesome

We had a small issue and the property manager with Coastline was wonderful! She was super responsive and arrived at the unit promptly to rectify the problem. Condo was wonderful. Had everything needed to cook meals/cocktail. Fridge ice maker was on the blink. That is the only thing I can complain about. So, that tells you our 2 weeks were FANTASTIC!

Nice condo but could use a new mattress

The condo was clean but I think some former guests must have broken glasses because the kitchen was lacking in that department. There were beer mugs, Pilsner glasses, and coffee cups. The construction on the building is WAY BEHIND SCHEDULE. For two of our days there were construction workers on a scaffold in front of our bedroom window.

Wonderful experience except construction noise was going morning to late afternoon. We were not notified in advance. Otherwise a good experience.

Great spot!

Property was very nice! Perfect size for my husband and I. Enjoyed having my morning coffee out on the balcony over looking the ocean. Walking distance from the beach & so many restaurant/food options nearby. My only complaint was that the mattress was a bit hard & I wish the big window in our bedroom was cleaner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Last Minute Beach Getaway

Following a business trip to Destin my wife and I decided to stay a couple extra days and take advantage of the beach. This place was perfect; exceptionally clean, very well equipped, and both the living space and bedrooms had excellent views of the ocean. The finishes and furniture in the apartment were new, clean and modern. The AC worked really well. Access to the beach and the rest of the property was easy and secure. Being on the 3rd floor meant we didn't have to fuss with the constantly busy elevators. Parking was covered and close to the building lobby. Fantastic spot for a couple looking for a quick and easy beach getaway.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly like in pictures. Very nice and clean, fully stock kitchen, bath, Beautiful views, cozy, and a great location. They had shuttles to and from a close by boardwalk. The management company was excellent on check in gave us information on the current events going on during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The only thing make sure to bring your own beach stairs if you don't want to rent. I think this condo is a newer rental so it don't have all the little extra stuff like some condo do.

Had a great time. Condo was nice and clean. Only complaint was the palm trees do obstruct the view. Wish we would have been 1 floor higher. But overall the trip was awesome

The condo was excellent but the number of beachfront high rise condo buildings at Sandestin Resort in a small area of the beach makes the high concentration of people on the beach unpleasant.

Our Stay

Living Rm remote batteries were corroded. Cleaned remote and purchased new batteries. Dishes covered in a fine dust, all were run thru dishwasher. No dish cloth or dish towels. No pillowcases for extra bed pillows. However the unit was nice and clean.

Loved our stay at the Sandestin Resort. We have stayed here before and really love the location. Condo was just perfect for us - easy access to the beach, fabulous view. Enjoyed our week in the sun!

Sandestin get away

Lovely property. No complaints. Very good place, clean and well appointed with appliances. Views were delightful. We left very happy with our time spent there!
