Sand, salty seas, and palm trees—that’s what Destin vacations are for! And a stay at The Salty Palm in Frangista Beach is the perfect way to enjoy this salty paradise. The Salty Palm is a conveniently located three-bedroom vacation home with cozy accommodations. The home can host up to nine beachgoers.
As its name suggests, this cute vacation home is nestled among palm trees and tropical flora. A yellow exterior with white trim radiates a relaxed, happy vibe. A set of steps leads to a covered front porch, which is furnished with a porch swing and rocking chairs. It’s the perfect setup for enjoying a coastal evening with your fellow guests and a refreshing lemonade or tropical cocktail. Inside, honey-toned hardwood floors flow throughout the home. White walls and coastal accents contribute to the warm, beachy feel. A cream-colored wraparound couch and two tan armchairs make up a comfortable seating ensemble in the living area. Seating is centered around an abstract rug and white chest. It also faces a built-in shelving unit with a flatscreen TV for entertainment. The dining area sits beside two walls of sunny windows, creating a bright and casual dining environment. It includes a hardwood table with six chairs. Additional seating can be found at the adjacent kitchen bar, which features four raised chairs. Above the kitchen bar, there is a row of chic, glass-front cabinets with glassware and coastal ornaments. The kitchen also includes stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops, and white cabinetry.
Of the three bedrooms, one is a master suite with a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and private bath. The master bedroom also has access to a screened back porch that overlooks the gated community pool—a refreshing splash is literally steps from your porch! One of the guest bedrooms features a queen-size bed and private bath, while the final room is a bunk room with a queen bunk and a twin trundle.
One of the best benefits of staying at this cute beach house is its proximity to the sparkling community pool. The pool has a unique waterfall feature and is surrounded by a sunny patio furnished with lounge chairs. It’s great for a swim, reading in the sun, or sunbathing. A nearby BBQ grill makes it easy to serve up a fun, poolside meal. Besides the pool, the crystalline beach is only three blocks away where two complimentary beach chairs and one umbrella await (provided seasonally). Other nearby amusements include the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Grand Boulevard. Popular restaurants are also located within close proximity, including the Whale’s Tail, Pompano Joe’s, and the Royal Palm Grill.

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
