It features a private pool and spa, a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf from the expansive 4th-floor rooftop deck, a complimentary 6-seater golf cart, and 6 bikes. With an outdoor kitchen, ping pong table, cornhole, multiple porches, 8 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, this home is the epitome of the perfect beach vacation!

Starter sets of supplies are provided for your stay.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited due to owner's allergies.
Maximum occupancy is monitored via security cameras.
Guests must be over 27 years old; those under 27 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Golf cart restrictions: Not beyond Rosemary Beach to the East or Grayton Beach to the West.

Pool heating requests and charges are to be made 48 hours before check-in.
Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in.

50th Birthday Trip

The house was an amazing backdrop for our girls trip to celebrate my birthday! Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms which were all very clean and stocked with amenities perfect for the three night stay. Management was attentive right away when asked about pool heating and broken bike. Would recommend to anyone looking for a large home in a perfect location that is walkable to everything!

Perfect Property for a Senior Trip

We had 17 high school graduates and 4 moms on our trip. The house was perfect for our group. The bedroom set up was exactly what we needed. Pool area was also very well done and accommodated our needs perfectly. The living and dining areas were large and we had ample room to take care of our big group. Extremely well appointed house which seemed new. Location was great as well. Close to the beach and seaside. The management team was extremely responsive and helpful too. Would recommend 100%!

Sean and Blake's Wedding

My oldest son Sean was getting married at the Seaside Chapel and I chose Prime Thyme as the base of operations for the wedding party. I was very happy with the decision. We had four generations staying at the house and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone and convenient to everything.

I wish the check in was a couple hours earlier. There were a few house cleaning issues. We tried to contact them about the hot tub but no one was able to tell us how to turn it on. We weren’t aware that we had to strip the beds and start laundry before we left. Which was 3:30am for our flight. But the house was amazing and very well thought out. Everything was so beautiful. The pool area is amazing. The golf cart is such a help getting to the beach. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back some day.

Beautiful property

The house itself was beautiful. The area was wonderful and had great shopping and access to the beach. We chose this house due to the fact that the house had an elevator and a party in our group had a recent joint replacement. The day before our check in we received an email welcoming us and telling us the elevator was not for guest use. Why advertise the amenity if you can't use it? We asked for an early check in and were told we would be a priority only to show up and it was actually a few minutes after the 4:00 check in when we were allowed in. The chairs inside the pool had black rings and weren't the cleanest. We were told by the cleaning crew that someone would be by to fix a toilet paper holder but we never saw anyone. There were a few cleanliness issues and the outlets in the 3rd floor bathrooms weren't working. The pool was freezing so we asked for the heat to be turned on. It was turned on and we enjoyed the pool the first day. The second day the pool was again freezing. We asked the property manager to check the heat and we received no response. The last day we were there we again reached out the the property manager and were told there was a miscommunication with the pool folks and they would be onsite to turn on the heat again. When we left someone in our party left a load of clothes in the dryer. We asked property management to mail it to us and they agreed. However, the cleaning crew never "found" the clothes. Not worth the price.

AMAZING PROPERTY

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The home is perfection, even better than the pictures. Having multiple living areas and bathrooms in each bedroom was a huge plus. 3 washer/dryers and a huge kitchen with 2 dishwashers made living here for a week easy. We had a few small issues arise and the management company handled them very quickly. The house is in a perfect location, easy walk to Seaside Town Center, the beach and so many walking paths. Loved having the bikes, golf cart and beach chairs available too. We can’t wait to come and stay again!! 10/10!!
