We have a beautiful all glass front Condo w/Wildlife and 20 acres to roam, mind blowing views to be seen everywhere. Mother Nature at her best believe me is to be experienced here. Our views, are "up close, close up! and personal and private" stunning mountain beauty w/360 degree epic views! You can touch the mountain and the sky here. Don't forget your camera.

Our place yes is a condo, the whole bottom half, very private and soundproof ! 3 bedroom 2 bath Comfy 5 star stay. Read the testimonies so far to get an idea. We are close enough to civilization, yet far enough away to hear a pin drop. Our place is for your relaxing and getting away from it all. We provide everything you need and if not just ask us and we will do our best! You want see or hear us unless you want to. John and I work hard at this.

You have a Private entrance bottom front condo! High up in Mountains but close to Hwy 89 and easy access to where north entrance to Yellowstone Park is.

Actually Yellowstone Park starts here! Its a gorgeous drive to the entrance, Mother Nature is always changing. aprox 25 min straight shot down hwy 89 to north entrance of Yellowstone Park.

We have an All glass front master bedroom and living room. What the eye can see Oh my gosh you will love it. If you like basketball we have a hoop. We have a BBQ for you and pitch game.

The Views of Emigrant Peak and Yellowstone River are truly exceptional, we have breath taking Sunrise and Sunsets! Ever changing colors.

Sometimes you can see the Northern Lights Aurora Borealis! I have posted a picture of that. However in person is much more electric. Eagles, wild birds, deer, elk, coyote, fox, rabbits, and even chip monks that get pretty close. Even saw a baby jinx walking up our drive. Pretty cute!

Fresh Mountain air, quiet solitude, you can walk, hike on the property. We have trails and roads that are like trails to walk on.

Our water is so good to drink. Mountain fresh. You will want to take some bottles with you when you leave.

In our area we have excellent hiking, not only on our property, but Pine Creek Falls epic. Google "Pine Creek Falls", also google" Yellowstone Hot Springs". Its the best hot springs by far. Chico and Sage lots to do around hear. Yellowstone river, swim fish or float.

We are Open in Winter, the snow is so purifying. The view becomes a whole different story. You will love it here in the winter, the area is beyond beauty. All Hot Springs are open and the views to live for.

Yellowstone Park is also open in the winter!

It's so beautiful from the windows and outside on the property and surrounding area, I tried to capture in the pictures, but you gotta see it in person. The mountain views are jaw dropping awesome. You can see many miles either down the paradise valley way up here and its just amazing. You will not ever forget this place.

Our view is affordable and front center.

You will have the bottom half of the home! Completely Private, and quiet you will not hear us. We can't hear you. Plenty of Parking area. Even RV's and Semi Trucks can park!

Your entrance is private. You don't even have to see us unless you just want to! Easy check in. Its ready for you, Just drive up and park.

We have 20 acres of breathtaking beauty in Mother Nature you can roam, build a rock tower or 2. Kids love that. We love your animals just bring their beds so they can be comfy too. I promise you will not want to leave!

We are Perched up high, 5600 ft high! The view is Pure beauty for miles either way! Sounds too good to be true but its true....For instance.

Again, Ever changing is Mother Nature around here. Mountain lions and bears are at a distance, they do live in the area. No worries. Bring some Bear spray. You will want to roam, Mother Nature at her best and the living quarters are 5 star clean, very much home away from home. We work hard at it, Cozy and clean beds, ironed sheets, towels, soap, shampoo coffee, tea, cream and everything you need.

In area enjoy, a walk about, or go hiking, fishing in Yellowstone River which is just 2 minutes down the mountain from us, or just sit and enjoy the view. You can buy a float at the store and float the Yellowstone river too! Some people swim too.

Try Yellowstone Hot Springs for a soak, (the best,) and Chico Hot Springs 7 min away..

Sage has the best breakfast lunch and dinner. Open all year. Restaurants are 5 to 7 minutes down the mountain. Very close for your convenience, but not too close.

Yellowstone park has activities all year round as well. The drive from this property to North entrance is stunning.

Our Emigrant General Store pretty much has everything some organic too! 5 minutes down the hill.

We are open in Winter. If it snows, and you get stuck, we do have the ability to get you unstuck! So no worries. We are close if you need us. Otherwise you won't know we are around.

Yellowstone Hot Springs is beyond beauty my favorite, and 20 minutes from here. The right kind of warm soak is to be had.

Chico hot springs is just 7 minutes away. Restaurants include Sage, Chico, Livery Stable, BBQ nose and a few more. All eating within 5 to 10 minutes drive. Some serve breakfast too.

Emigrant General Store has everything, so you can eat at home. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your cooking!

Please, absolutely No smoking, vaping, on property, no drugs, including no Marijuana on property. A little wine is fine however no heavy drinking on property.
We have Cliffs, sharp drops in area, you need your wits about you.
Again, You will not want to leave it so breathtaking beautiful up here. Mother Nature is precious!

We have Something special for sure here in Paradise Valley Montana.

Spectacular Mountain Top View

The lodging accommodations were comfortable and clean. Check in procedure was easy. Plan to arrive during day light hours as the drive up the mountain off the main paved road may make you feel little uncertain about arriving at the correct location. Lots of mule deer in the area.

Best Rental Ever

My wife and I took our 5 year old granddaughter to Yellowstone and thought Emigrant, Montana would be a good base camp. Jean and John’s house proved to be the best vacation rental of the 15 or so we have rented. The view of the mountains is stunning and the house is wonderfully quiet and secluded. We will be back for certain, 5+++ stars!

Clean, great location and spectacular views

We stayed here with our two young girls. The views are outrageous and the location near Chico Hot Springs, hiking, live music, and food is incredible. Here you can truly have it all! The space is clean and despite being a lower level living area it is quiet and feels private. We would love to have stayed longer!

Stunning location and convenient to nearby towns

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Rental was well supplied and easy access to car. Location and views are AMAZING. All of paradise valley was right there on display, from sunrise to sunset. All was very quiet and peaceful. A little table is out front so you can enjoy the view with your friends or family. Our kids enjoyed walking around the property and exploring nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Magical View

Our stay (July 2024) was the perfect location with a magical view of the mountains and valley. The location is conveniently located between Livingston and the North Entrance of Yellowstone/Gardiner. The retreat is immaculately clean with all the resources of home to include a fully functional kitchen and washer/dryer. All of the windows in the front of the house provide breathtaking views of the valley below and the mountains in the distance. We even had rabbits and deer in the front yard in the evenings. Jean was a great host and quickly replied to any questions we had. A great stay!!!

Father Son trip

I took my 82yr old Father out west to visit Yelowstone for the first time. Instead of the hotel route, we decided to try something different, a house in the mountains. Everything was perfect and described accurately. Waking up with that view was absolutely breath taking. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful time in Emigrant!

Nice cozy apartment with incredible views. As a matter of fact, the online pictures don’t do the views justice. John and Jean are great hosts! You will never know they are upstairs as you will never hear them. They shared many local activities and places to eat. If we ever return to the area, we will most definitely return to their apartment!

Jean and John. We love the mountains and we know you will too. John is a Chiropractor and Jean is a counselor. Mother Nature is our thing. The quiet and beauty of our property brings a sense of peace in a crazy world.

Why they chose this property

Condo w/Wildlife. Stunning beauty w/360 epic views! Comfy 5 star stay.
Private entrance bottom front of house! High up in Absaroka, where Yellowstone Par begins, 20 min breathtaking drive to North Entrance Yellowstone park! The view is unforgettable stunning and every changing. Emigrant Peak Yellowstone River Exceptionally beautifyl Sunrise, Sunsets! Fresh Mountain air, quiet solitude, walk, hike and take it all in. In our area there is Pine Creek Falls, (google it) I posted a picture the best hike ever for the whole family. Yellowstone Hot Springs, Chico. We are Open in Winter, Yellowstone Park open in winter! Only 20 minutes of a stunning drive straight shot down hwy 89 to North Entrance. Activities all winter long everywhere around these parts. Including the Yellowstone Park. You will not forget this place. Our view is affordable and front center. and one to remember. The lower level of our house is very private, and very comfy. We make it home away from home for you.
20 acres on our property for you and pets to roam. Take a walk or hike and enjoy fresh mountain air, Mother Nature is precious here.Yellowstone park has activities year round. My favorite daily visit is to Yellowstone Hot Springs on 89 its beautiful and the best experience by far of Hot Springs. Open all year round. Chico Hot Springs is open as well but a different hot springs experience.
. Sage w/great food is only 5 minutes too. General Store for any food needs pretty much one mile down the hill. Kitchen fully equipped to cook anything, In area, a few restaurants too.. Its Montana mountain country. Quiet noise of Mother Nature makes the peace happen in a crazy world.

What makes this property unique

Our views are unique. Our Views are up close and personally life changing and breathtaking. We also have built a trail you can walk or hike on. Peaceful, but you will most likely run into wild life , deer, fox, coyote, lots of rabbits, bears are in the deep parts. You might not see them. they are more afraid of you so they won't bother you. Cool to see. Do bring your bear spray. you can use on any animal if they decide not to runaway. Don't feed them please. No Smoking anywhere on property. Hike in boots. Montana has snakes! If you clap your hands or make noise they will not bother you. I don't see snakes ever but I do clap when I hike, if I sense one. They are gone
lick-ade split. It works. Make noise for instance "bells" to keep bears away! Dogs are the best.We have 20 some acres for your dogs to enjoy a run.....
