Imagine yourself in this air conditioned, spacious, custom 3 bedroom plus den, 2 1/2 bath luxury home in the woods. We accommodate groups as large as 8 for family get togethers, but small enough for a dream romantic getaway. The Knotty Pine is the best place to enjoy everything Northern Arizona has to offer!

At the Knotty Pine, we believe in sustainability and minimizing our impact in the world. The home is very energy efficient, using all LED lighting throughout the house, being fully insulated, having ceiling fans in every room, using the most energy efficient windows and doors available, and using a smart thermostat to decrease energy usage. We want to be a good steward of our beautiful environment in Williams!

The Knotty Pine features 3 bedrooms, including an adjustable California king primary suite, a queen guest bedroom, full size bunk beds with an additional twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom and a twin-sized sleeper sofa in the den (and great kid hangout). Our home is beautifully decorated in a modern farmhouse style, keeping our guest's relaxation and comfort in mind. The Knotty Pine is fully equipped with quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, top of the line stainless steel appliances, newly carpeted bedrooms with hardwood floors running throughout the rest of the home.

For those who prefer peace and quiet, imagine yourself snuggling up next to the fireplace and picture window with the beautiful juniper and pine forest in your backyard. The primary suite window presents a beautiful, picturesque view of Bill Williams Mountain and the national forest. Many times, you can encounter herds of deer running through our backyard during one of Arizona's famous sunsets.

Downtown Williams is less than 2 miles away and offers a variety of restaurant experiences such as wine and beer tasting rooms, original Route 66 bars, and a multitude of other eateries suitable for every palate. We are located less than 5 minutes from Cataract Lake, Elephant Rocks golf course, downtown Williams, the Canyon Coaster, Bearizona, and The Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express). Other attractions close by include The Grand Canyon National Park, the Deer Farm, Snowbowl, and Flagstaff. Within walking distance, you can find fishing, golfing, family park, and numerous hiking trails. Only Minutes away is Elephant Rocks 18-hole golf course, one of Arizona's best kept secrets for golfers.

Beautiful home in a great location

This home was great for our visit to the Grand Canyon. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The kids had a blast playing and exploring in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Deron is a super host. Always replied in time with very good recommendations for the stay. The house is very clean, nice furniture, and super location to get to Gran Canyon within 60 min drive.

Williams Gem

The Knotty Pine was a great place to stay. We loved how clean and that the house was decorated for Christmas. It was in a great location and will definitely keep it on our list to go back out to visit! Deron was responsive and everything was as stated!

We had a fantastic time in this updated cabin in Williams. Devon was very responsive and helpful. The property was in wonderful condition and was equipped with everything we needed. Highly reccomend!

Nice place

We were surprised to not have air conditioning but this may be normal for the area. Was pretty cool with windows left open at night. Kids picked place by pictures (especially the hammock), however those were personal and not at property. House met all our needs. Was clean and got quick reponses to messages.

Loved The Knotty Pine!

We had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful home. At different times we had family and friends come to visit. We played golf, went to the Grand Canyon, went on the Coaster, but mostly just relaxed and read on the back patio. In the evening you can see deer come through the yard which was fun for everyone to see. The house was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Deron was an amazing host and always quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend The Knotty Pine for your visit to Williams.

Awesome house in quiet neighborhood!

Very clean and comfortable house! We enjoyed cooking together in the well stocked kitchen and relaxing in the backyard around the fire. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a small lake and playground close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, cozy & spacious!

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. This spacious house has everything you need. The backyard and patio is a wonderful place to chill with a glass of wine. One day, we had several deer visit us in the backyard. The beds are super comfy and the linens and towels are fresh and new. We've stayed at rentals with terrible linens/towels . The location is perfect. We drove into Grand Canyon NP every day and took less than 1 hour. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the town of Williams is adorable. Deron has done a fabulous job of creating a home away from home. 5 stars!

Spring Break Family Vacation

My husband and three teenage children traveled to Williams for Spring Break. Our stay at The Knotty Pine was excellent! The house is beautiful, and they really thought of everything to make our stay as homey and comfortable as possible. In addition, the area is gorgeous and we were just a short drive to Williams. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Wonderful accommodations

The house was beautiful and so well equipped. It was the perfect home for three children and three adults. Such a wonderful location and the owner was so helpful in giving us directions and information. Very easy to communicate with him, and he always replied quickly. I would highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants to stay in this area of Arizona.

Great Williams Getaway

Whilst a bit pricey, you definitely get a higher end experience. Great location, property is well appointed, hosts are quick to respond. Great wildlife in the area too as we were frequently visited by a family of deer. Please note that if staying at this property in the winter I'd strongly recommend a 4WD vehicle since the roads leading to the property ice over and aren't cleared. I'd also expect to do some shoveling as whilst one half of the garage was cleared, the other wasn't and the walkway to the house was not either.

We had the best time. The house was decorated adorably, very clean, lots of space and just perfect in every way! It’s super close and convenient to everything in Williams and not very far from Flagstaff. I would highly recommend staying at Knotty Pines!

Perfect Stay in Williams!

The home was so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and staying here was the perfect alternative to the Polar Express Experience without staying on site. The house was decorated for Christmas (which the kids loved) and everything was cabin-cozy. Couches and beds were comfortable, we will totally stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet property!

This house is beautiful. The finishes and decorating are so well done-the pictures don’t do them justice. The bunk room for the kids was perfect and there was plenty of linens for everybody to be comfy. The fire pit and bbq were great and the kitchen stocked for everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and dark at night-so very peaceful. Just down the street is Lake Cararact which would be fun if we came back during the summer. The owner is easy to communicate with and was very proactive about letting us know when the property was ready for us. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Family getaway weekend

Our family had a great time during our stay. The Knotty Pine was beautiful, warm and comfortable with everything you needed. It is in a newer neighborhood so there is some construction going on, but you are very close to the lake and golf course.

Outstanding experience

This home and neighborhood provided the perfect atmosphere for our family of 5. It is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is only an hour from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.
