About this property

Our house has about 100m2 and is located directly behind the church of St. Leonhard in quiet, sunny location with a fenced garden. The house has a well-equipped kitchen with corner couch and dining table. Electric stove, dishwasher, kettle.

On the ground floor are the kitchen and the living room. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. In the warm season there is also a bed in the attic. Cot and high chair are available.

Also upstairs bathroom with bath, a second toilet and a small washing machine.

Sheets, towels and Geschirtücher are included.

Gartenmöbel

Es wäre schön, wenn es Liegen ö.ä. geben würde, um es sich im Garten gemütlich machen zu können....die beiden Sessel im Wohnzimmer könnten erneuert werden, da sehr durchgesessen.

Wundervolles Häuschen in schöner Lage

Für uns war das Haus perfekt! Mit drei Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen konnten wir uns gut verteilen und hatten mehr als genug Platz in der Küche. Auch der schöne, lichtdurchflutete Vorraum mit toller Aussicht beim Essen war gerade gut. Der Kachelofen sorgt für eine behagliche Atmosphäre und die Einrichtung ist schön. Die Lage erlaubt in kurzer Zeit verschiedene Ausflüge zu machen. Das Grundstück ist gerade groß genug, dass sich keine Kinder verlieren. Die Feuerstelle war das Highlight. Nicht zuletzt war der Kontakt sehr freundlich und ich bin dankbar für die guten Tipps, die wir bekommen haben. Der Check-in ist einfach und unkompliziert. Alles in allem, eine dicke Empfehlung.

Tolles Haus und geniale Heizung

Das Haus hat innen und außen Stil, ist zwar nicht neu aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen kleinen und netten Details. Ursprünglich waren wir etwas skeptisch, weil man selbst mit Holz heizen muss. Der Kachelofen ist aber so genial, dass 1-2 mal nachlegen am Tag reicht um das ganze Haus zu heizen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus während des Skiurlaubes sehr genossen.

Charming

Lovely mountain house with great ambience. It is exactly what we were looking for. Three excellent ski-touring/skiing areas in the vicinity, not to mention historic town of Hallstadt. Plenty of space, parking, quiet location, we did enjoy our stay.

Entzückendes Haus

20 Minuten zu Fuß von Bad Aussee. Traumhafte Lage. Sauber und alles im Haus was man braucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer und Dachboden mit Bett. Wir waren begeistert.

Gemütlucher Familienurlaub

Haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus St. Leonhard sehr genossen. Ein gemütlicher Familienurlaub (2 Kinder: 3 Jahre + 3 Monate) in uriger Atmosphäre. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin bzw. Hausbetreuerin war sehr gut. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage und es ist mit dem Auto vieles schnell erreichbar. Würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Sommerfrische in Ausseerland

Ein hübsches Haus mit schönem Garten, auf eine Hochebene 15 Min. zu Fuß oberhalb von Bad Aussee. Die Räume sind angenehm uns gut zu bewohnen, die Veranda ein Hit Die Ausstattung ist durchgedacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; man hat alles, was man braucht, um für eine (oder zwei) Woche entspannt selbstversorgende Sommerfrische zu machen. Ein schönes Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Tage

Wir hatten nach einem älterem Ferienhaus mit Charme gesucht und gefunden! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben schöne Tage verbracht. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gut in Schuss, sehr sauber und in ruhiger Umgebung, sodass man gut schlafen kann. Der Check in war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Silvesteraufenthalt in wunderbarer Umgebung in Bad Aussee

Das Haus liegt inmitten von Bergen im schönen Ort Bad Aussee und bietet sich hervorragend an, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub in den Bergen verbringen will. Das Haus ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und auch die Kommunikation hat super geklappt! Gerne wieder!

Sehr altes aber gepflegtes Haus

Abgelegenes und alt eingerichtet Haus. Die Betten sehr hart. Fernseher nur in der Stube und die Couch steht unter dem Sofa (schlecht platziert). Es war sehr kalt im Haus als wir ankamen, jedoch mit dem Kamin und der Elektroheizung(oben) heizt es sich rasch auf. In großem und ganzen alt, aber urig und gepflegt. Aber der Preis ist viel zu hoch!

Schmuckes Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Schönes, sauberes und auch gemütliches Holzhaus mit ausreichender Ausstattung. Einziger Schönheitsfehler - zu kleines Badezimmer nur mit Badewanne ohne "Stehdusche".

Gemütlich, komplett und schöne Lage!

Sehr komplett ausgestattetes Häuschen ein Stück außerhalb von Bad Aussee (zu Fuß ca. 15-20min ins Zentrum). Wir haben uns sehr schnell sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.
