Small 2-bedoom house with updated kitchen, located just outside of downtown. Walking distance to new Avondale neighborhood with local shops, bars, and restaurants. Really feel like a local, or venture into downtown and take in the sights.

COVID-19 update: House is professionally cleaned after every guest with and emphasis on sanitizing using EPA approved products on door handles, remote controls, switches, etc. Linens will all be cleaned and sanitized after every guest.

Weekend Family Trip

This home is close to the city and in a safe neighborhood. Ample parking and pet friendly was a draw for Charleston!

Nice House in West Ashley

The home was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and close to a lot of restaurants. Quick trip over the bridge into historic Charleston. Would definitely stay again!
