A 2017 newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people could be your next oasis of well-being.
The apartment is located in an apartment complex in Berchtesgaden. Due to its elevated position, it offers a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. An indoor swimming pool is located in the house and is free for guests to use.

Königsee, Jenner, Eagle's Nest, Salt Mine, Royal Castle and Watzmann Therme. Ramsau with the national park or the city center of Berchtesgaden are not far away and can easily be reached by car or by public transport, thanks to the bus stop in front of the house.

Salzburg with its sights is only 20 km away and is always worth a visit. Or should it be Bad Reichenhall? You are spoiled for choice.

The nearest supermarket is 200 m. The train station is about 1 km away. Approximately 1.5 km away is the center of Berchtesgaden with spa and congress center, spa gardens and many local shops and restaurants. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

Ferien in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die lage der Wohnung war optimal.Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür und mit der Gästekarte kommt man überall kostenlos gut hin.Ein Danke an den Gastgeber für die gemütliche Wohnung die ich sehr empfehlen kann. Schöne Ferienwohnung

In der Ferienwohnung fehlte es an nichts, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre sie aber nichts für uns, da Bad und Küche schon etwas klein sind. Die Wohnung ist in einem ehemaligen Hotel auf einem Berg, Parkmöglichkeiten sind weiter unten vorhanden. Zur Stadt sind es gut 30 Minuten zu Fuß.. nebenan ist eine Baustelle

Super schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern u. gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber! Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren frisch. Die Betten waren sogar bezogen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet alles, was nötig ist. Der überdachte Balkon kann sogar bei Regen genutzt werden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war äußerst freundlich. Anfragen wurden binnen kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen wurde binnen kürzester Zeit geantwortet.

Watzmannblick

Der Blick auf den Watzmann vom Balkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Das Schwimmen im eigenen Schwimmbad war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Die Lage ist super.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Ausblick

Wir hatten eine sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Appartementanlage mit geschütztem Balkon und Ausblick auf den Watzmann. Die Nutzung des Hallenbades fanden wir auch sehr gut und die umfangreiche Ausstattung. Ganz unkompliziert war der Check-In. So ganz klar war im Vorfeld nur nicht, dass wir nur begrenzte Zeiten und Möglichkeiten zum direkten Aus- und Einladen vor der Unterkunft hatten und der Parkplatz relativ weit unterhalb des Eingangs lag. Wenn ein Umzugs-LKW und ein Pflegedienst dort parken, ist es schwierig mit der Abreise, aber machbar. Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut, auch die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Gute Lage und Watzmann Blick

Nette Fewo für Familie in guter Lage und Sicht auf den Watzmann vom Balkon aus. EDEKA liegt um die Ecke. Im Schwimmbad kann man sich von den Wanderungen erholen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Watzmannblick

Schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Familien Urlaub. Top eingerichtete Küche. Auch Spiele und Bücher für Regentage sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Hallenbad ebenfalls gut um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Ein paar kleine Mankos gibt es auch: das Bad ist recht klein, Der Zugang vom Parkplatz ist sehr steil. Alles in allem Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lohnenswerte Unterkunft

In der sehr sauberen Unterkunft, in der nichts fehlte (selbst eine kleine Willkommensaufmerksamkeit war vorhanden), konnten wir die 5 Tage mit dem schönen Blick zum Watzmann vom Balkon aus wunderbar genießen. Auch um das Haus war alles sehr gepflegt. Die Wiese zum Ballspielen war nur etwas schwierig zu finden, auf die uns der Hausmeister erst hinweisen musste. Ansonsten ist das Berchtesgadener Land ein beeindruckend schönes Gebiet.

Watzmannblick

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sauber, nett eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann, aber der Weg zur Ferienwohnung ist recht steil für ungeübte Norddeutsche. Aber von Tag zu Tag hat’s besser geklappt ;) Ein paar Bahnen im Schwimmbecken waren genau das richtige nach einem heißen Wandertag. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub in Berchtesgaden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cooles Apartment in Berchtesgaden

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Berchtesgaden in diesem Appartement. Die Lage ist echt unschlagbar mit coolen Blick auf den Watzmann. Mit den Gästekarten konnte man von hier aus mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln viele Attraktionen und Ziele in der Umgebung erreichen. Der Pool im Haus wurde rege genutzt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und sehr freundlich.
