Motor access to the house. Public parking on the road. Kleines süßes Haus
Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, spülzeug, Geschirrtücher, Klopapier… alles da. Das 2. Bad ist nur über eine Leiter erreichbar, nix für ältere oder sehr junge Leute. Und Das Haus wird mit Strom beheizt, was die Nebenkosten doch erheblich erhöht im Winter. Kontakt zu den Vermietern unkompliziert und nett. Haus steht nicht einzeln, aber es war trotzdem sehr ruhig über Silvester!

Wochenende in Kovarska
Wir waren mit 8 Personen über ein verlängertes Wochenende im Ferienhaus Kovarska. Sehr geräumige Unterkunft für 8 Erwachsene, voll eingerichtete Küche, WLAN, 1 Bad groß im EG, ein kleines Bad im OG. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Kleines Manko: Parkraum ist sehr knapp, 5 Autos mußten quasi ineinander gestappelt werden um an der Straße zu parken.

Schöne Unterkunft für eine etwas größere Gruppe
Zu neunt haben wir vier Nächte in dem Haus verbracht und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war in vielerlei Hinsicht sehr gut, nur Besteck wurde manchmal Mangelware, wenn man nicht gleich den Geschirrspüler anwarf. Die Decken sind an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas niedrig, aber wir haben uns mehr und mehr daran gewöhnt. Schön, dass das Haus so geräumig ist und auch über einen Garten verfügt. Dass der Kilowattstundenpreis für Strom am Ende 33 % höher abgerechnet wurde als im Inserat angegeben und auch von der Agentur bestätigt, war ein Wermutstropfen, den ich aber gerne akzeptierte weil gleichzeitig WLAN verfügbar war, obwohl das weder im Inserat erwähnt noch von der Agentur zugesichert wurde.

Okay, mit Abstrichen
Das Haus ist schön und so klein, wie es von aussen aussieht ist es auch von innen. Kamin in der Stube funktioniert leider nicht. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind aber gut ausgestattet. Schlafräume oben sind okay, die vielen Schrägen sind allerdings schwierig. Das Bad unten ist gut (mit Dusche). Das Bad oben ist für Menschen uber 1,20 Meter nur auf Knien bekrabbelbar und daher nur bedingt nutzbar. Spielgerät draußen muss unbedingt in Stand gesetzt werden. Für den günstigen Preis und für ein Wochenende aber vollkommen okay.

Společné prostory prostorné a čisté, dobře vybavené. Jen ve větším počtu (12 osob vč. dětí) přece jen počet lůžek (jejich distribuce do místností) a prostor neodpovídal našim potřebám: úzké průchody, podkroví stísněné. Hezké místo, dobrá domluva.

Gute Unterkunft zu sehr gutem Preis
Sehr nette Vemieterin, schönes Häuschen mit Allem, was man braucht. Für einen sehr guten Preis kommt man hier gut unter. Kaminzimmer, Holz, Hunde können im Garten toben, Spielplatz, 2 TV, alles da an Bedarf für Küche und Bad, einzig etwas kleine Handtücher, aber auch das geht. Waren voll zufrieden, 10 min bis zum Skigebiet Kwilberg mit dem Auto, 2 Supermärkte und ein Lokal im Ort.

nett und gemütlich
Die Ferienunterkunft war super nett eingerichtet, mit Kamin zum Wärmen, einem Gemeinschaftsraum für Spieleabende und kleineren Bereichen zum Entspannen:) Wir waren 11 Personen und haben uns bei euch rund um wohl befühlt! Es hat auch alles bestens mit der Schlüsselübergabe geklappt! Die Gegend ist herrlich für Spaziergänge entlang des Flusses und über große Wiesen. Und gleich in der Nähe ist auch das Skigebiet Klinovec und Oberwiesenthal!

Chatu jsme si pronajali na víkend, bylo nás 8 dospělých a 1 dítě. Večer nám pršelo, takže jsme ocenili místnost, kde je vnitřní krb a mohli jsme grilovat. Na výlety na Klínovec a Boží dar je to kousíček.

Zhodnocení pobytu
S pobytem jsme byli vcelku spokojeni,pouze pokoj v půdním prostoru je určen pouze pro postavy do 150cm,koupelna je téměř k nepoužití. Zvláštní bylo, že paní nám na začátku ani na konci pobytu neukazovala stav elektroměru nám oznámila částku za spotřebovanou energii,která se nám zdála neúměrná-více jak 2000Kč.

Ein super Kurzurlaub auf jedenfall zu Empfehlen
Das einzige Manko war die steile Treppe im Haus zum Obergeschoss ansonsten war alles super.
