Best home I’ve ever stayed at!
Our ultra rare cancer foundation needed to come to Rochester as one of our team member lives there and has been battling this disease. We had critical data we needed to be analyzed and need the space to spread out with 5 computers, printers and files. This place was perfect. We took breaks and walked the beautiful neighborhood to take in the fall colors. This was by far the cleanest and well supplied home we have ever stayed in !!!! Highly recommend this home for whatever your need. We will be back staying here.!

It was perfect. I had a Mayo Clinic appointment. Just about average - 10 minutes away. The house was clean and we met the neighbors! All I can say...............it was perfect!!!!! If you had 5+ stars I would've given that!!!!

Great location
We were so grateful to use this house for our first stay at Mayo. The attached garage was wonderful for a snow storm that hit during our stay. It was so close to all of the shopping and restaurants that we needed.

Love this house and location!
I went to Mayo's for testing and the location couldn't be better. The house was lovely, well decorated and set up! It was nice to have a garage! I plan to use it again!!!

Clean, Comfy, and Convenient – A Great Place
We loved our stay! The property was well-maintained and the inside furnishings and decor was crisp, clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the downstairs movie theater setting with XL screen tv & crazy amount of channels available.The location is only an 8 minute drive to the Mayo/Gonda & St. Mary's Hospital and 2 minutes from grocery/retail shopping. The only negative was that we didn't have more time to enjoy it. It will be the first place we check on for availability when we return to the area. Highly recommended!

This property was absolutely perfect for our girlfriend weekend. Everything in the home is updated, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable with nice quality linens and there was ample towels and washcloths. The owners had plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, napkins as well as plastic wrap, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, etc. There were coffee pods and even individual sized cereals. There was a clothes steamer, makeup mirror and some cleaning supplies. Two of the bedrooms had lamps on the bedside tables for reading and room darkening window coverings. The owners even had a hanging pot on the deck and fresh flowers on the breakfast buffet. The owners got back to us very quickly when we had a question. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this one was top notch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apple Hill Guest House! The location was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. The entire house is lovely and SO clean - bright, organized, and inviting. The beds were comfortable with very nice bedding. We really appreciated the kitchen! It is beautifully stocked with high quality tools and accessories. It was a pleasure to prepare meals in such an immaculately clean area. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the deck. Communication with Mei was easy. It was a wonderful rental experience all around. Absolutely wonderful stay!
This property is easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood and very clean and up to date! We were so comfortable with everything! Lots of extras like body wash,shampoo,hair blower,etc. The kitchen appliances were amazing and the deck was a very nice space.Would definitely stay here again hands down! Communication with host was excellent!

The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The bedrooms were comfortable; everyone slept well. The location was great for going in most any direction. The neighborhood was very nice. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would consider staying again.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. We appreciate a consistently good experience. The house is lovely, clean and well-equipped. It's in a good location. We enjoyed some walks in the neighborhood and weren't far from shopping, restaurants and the Mayo Clinic.
