Relax in the comfort of this spacious and freshly renovated three-bedroom, private house and an intimate patio setting. Check-in effortlessly to your private entrance with designated driveway parking. All fresh white linens and towels, basic cookware, grill outside, and wifi are provided for your enjoyment. With local coffee shops, downtown shopping and many local attractions.
The space

Walking in the home, you will enter the living room and dining area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, crockpot, and coffee maker available for use. Basic cooking pots and pans, utensils, and dinnerware for 8+ are stocked. The kitchen table is perfect for mealtimes, game nights, or workspace.

Attached to the dining area is a bathroom with a standard-size shower and tub. In the bathroom vanity you will find a hairdryer. Fresh white towels are provided.

Through the dining area is the bright and open living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa that can be used as a bed if so desired. Extra linens are provided. A large TV has Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus you can log in and enjoy

Attached to the living room in one separate bedroom. Mattress is made up with fresh linens.

Right in the neighborhood! This house looks small and then you walk inside to an amazingly laid out floor plan. 2 main bedrooms, living room, dinning room and full bath, the kitchen has everything you need along with a dishwasher. The "game room/ sitting room" was truly a perfect fit! We found that the love seat, additional chairs and recliner was where we spent most of our time. Puzzles, board games, snooker, washer and dryer and a second bathroom were super perfect. For being on a small lot, the outdoor tree hammock, table & chairs, 2 lawn chairs near the fire ring where used a lot and lets not forget about the Hot-Tub! Having the yard fenced in made us feel secluded and comfortable. Then you have the HUGE bedroom above the game room! That was a HUGE surprise that everyone loved! We will be back~

Home near downtown Greenville
Home large enough for several people with two full bathrooms. Kitchen has enough to work with. Has a hot tub available. Has two window A/C units, which were strong enough to keep us comfortable. This home worked fine for our activity in the area. Was 5 minute drive to several good restaurants.

Heidi's Place is the Real Deal!
This VRBO rental was wonderful. The description/listing is accurate, the home is exceptionally clean and the host is very prompt with answers. My party of four was extremely happy with our experience. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were very clean and included items you might need if you forgot something. Living room space was great for gathering to watch some TV, and the window A/C units kept us very comfortable the entire weekend. I'd highly recommend Heidi's place. In fact, my friend has booked her rental for an event later in August. Looking forward to staying here again!

Quiet neighborhood
Enjoyed riding the bike trail and walking around downtown. Very nice bike shop downtown with friendly staff. Always thankful when we have a washer/dryer and nice kitchen so we don’t have to always eat out. Great place

Nice little home
This was a good little house that holds a lot of people. The owners were super responsive and respectful. We extended a couple days and they were cool with it since nobody has it booked afterwards. The location was good, we met some neighbors with dogs, everyone and their animals were friendly too. We will definitely book again if we get back up that way.

The house was very clean and spacious. Had everything you would at home and more. Very nice neighborhood very quiet neighborhood and moments from any store Will definitely be booking it again when I go to Michigan

Up north get-away
This property felt like a home away from home. The house is actually larger than i had thought. Teen boys took the loft which is above rec room. They thought this room was so cool. The home had 3 fans aswell as air-conditioning. ( we always bring our own fan) The house was very well cleaned...baseboards were even dust free. The grill was operational and clean. We had a fire and sat in hot tub. We used this property for day trips to Grand Rapids and Michigan Adventure. Small town feel with large city convenience. We would stay again.

Beautiful property but a major plumbing issues and lack of towels for guests.
We love the layout of the property we had a few issues the main issue was the plumbing upon coming in we had to use the bathroom it was late at night we didn't get there until late. As soon as you flush the toilet the toilet started rising up high there was a plunger so I'm imagining maybe they know they have plumbing issues. The toilet would growl and the shower would make funny sounds we were kind of afraid to really take a shower. Also there was not enough towels for six people there was only two face towels that we found we had to go and purchase towels. In order for me to cook I had to wash pots and pans first there was food residue left in the pots and pans. Lastly we got in late it was dark there was no porch light on it took us over 30 minutes to try to enter the house with the code maybe if there were instructions sent to the potential customers on how to open the lock on the door with the codes we wouldn't have this issue in the future. We have stayed at many vacation homes and never have had an issue except for one time the heat was out in the lower level of one of the properties we stayed at but that was just it we have used vacation homes for years. Oh yeah also on the picture it shows a game table we were looking forward to using a game table to play a little pool or games but there was no game table the lower level as pictured on the advertisement.

We are a group of friends that get together for a ladies only weekend a few times a year. This was an amazing property for this year's crafting weekend. The hot tub was nice to relax in.

Golden Retriever Specialty Field Trial
The house was as described and perfectly suitable for our purposes. We enjoyed to dining table for our work, and the two double beds were very comfortable. I would add, however, that the steep climb to the upstairs bedroom might be difficult for a mobility-impaired person. The kitchen was nicely appointed and easy to work in. All in all, a lovely stay. In fact, I am returning to Greenville for a stay in the same house for its cleanliness, comfort and proximity to another field trial and ease of communication with the host.

Attentive owners- good stay!
We had a great time. The house is perfect for families. The listing only states 1 large TV, but their is one in every room, which was great. Lots of kitchen tools, spices, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out & have own spaces. Owners were very attentive & accommodating. I did only give 3 stars on cleanliness, but it was addressed by owners & they hired a cleaning company for a deep clean after our stay. Hot tub & back yard corn hole was a big hit. Nice set up overall, walking distance to town.

Great place for a family
We came into town for a wedding and found this gem. It's clean, great location, and great hosts. There was nothing that I needed that I couldn't find at this place (iron, blow dryer, etc). There was plenty of room for 6 people (3 adults and 3 teenage boys that are bigger than one of the adults). Plenty of beds for us all and 2 bathrooms!! Will definitely look at booking this place again on our next trip.

A fantastic stay!
My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Heidi was great and very quick to respond to any questions. One thing I will say about being in town is there was a lot of yelling in the neighborhood during the day which made us a little uneasy but we understand there isn’t much that can be done about that. Besides that our stay was fantastic and we would totally come back again!
