Periodic power outages occur in Big Bear Lake especially if there is a storm. No refund will be provided for power outages, cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical or electrical failure, malfunction of spa, TV, or other equipment, or other factors beyond our control.
All linens and fresh towels provided. Housekeeping prepares this vacation home prior to your arrival to ensure the home is ready for your stay.
Upon departure make sure to start the dishwasher cycle, place towels in washer and close all windows and lights. Set thermostat to 50F.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires that all renters must be checked-in “face-to-face” with the vacation manager. Simply providing a lockbox combo or keypad code is considered a violation of this requirement.

You are required to leave the property in the same general condition as found, and to clean all food and drink spills immediately. Any malfunction is to be immediately reported to us at time of arrival.
Unfortunately, some guests may disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood, and this may result in immediate eviction of everyone, without refund and possible additional city-imposed fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated above is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. In addition, if we have to address these types of problems, a fee will be charged for inspection and may be as high as $250 per visit. Guests acknowledge and understand that they will be charged for any potential violations.
