Wonderful location and terrace
Great times, the house has an excellent location. The terrace is wonderful, very private and great views, it was our permanent living room! These are the things that we valued the most! The kitchen could be better equipped for a family style cooking and some items in the house need a little attention like the blackout curtains on the velux windows at the bedrooms that are not blocking the light in the morning and need replacement, unfortunately during our stay there was heavy construction of a new condominium behind the house that made it impossible to sleep after 7:15am anyways so the light from the windows made no difference. Duarte who checked us in was very attentive to all our needs and was always available to help with everything, made us feel welcomed and home. Our little kid loved the swimming pool, it’s small but was a lot of fun for him when returning from the beach. Overall we loved it and consider returning.

Prima! Alleen de tuin/balkonstoelen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Deze waren bijna allemaal kapot.

Je ne retournerai pas c'est certain!
Accueil basique, appartement pas propre à notre arrivée, j'ai lavé les draps et serviettes qui ne sentaient pas frais! Même pas de savon à main , un seul linge pour faire la vaisselle, communication nulle avec le proprio, fourmis dans l'appart, meubles de patio abîmés,coussins sales, intérieur des rangements sales ( j'ai nettoyé avant utilisation) douche sale, mixette non fonctionnelle belle terrasse, petite piscine agréable, frigo propre à l'arrivée, bref appartement non recommandable

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Lage ist gut, die Terrasse/Aussicht sehr schön. Aber alles ist sehr schmuddelig, auch wenn vorher eine Putzfirma durchgegangen ist. Das Geschirr ist angeschlagen und zusammengewürfelt, es gibt 1 Weinglas für eine 4 Personen Wohnung, die Terrassensitzkissen sind alt und unansehnlich, die Möbel teilweise kaputt, die Leuchten nur teilweise mit Glühbirnen bestückt... Definitiv hat diese eigentlich schöne Wohnung schon wesentlich bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung im beschaulichen Cabanas
Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Im 2. Stock einer abgeschlossenen und gepflegten Anlage mit 5 Wohneinheiten und Pool für heiße Tage. Die Lage ist optimal... ruhig und dennoch befinden sich Supermarkt und tolle Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Vom herrlichen Balkon hat man neben der Sicht auf die Ria Formosa auch den Überblick welcher Fisch heute in der kleinen Markthalle direkt gegenüber angeboten wird :) Ein kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand, ein Spaziergang durch die Salzfelder nach Tavira, oder mit dem Zug die umliegenden Ortschaften erkunden... ein Mietwagen ist nicht erforderlich. Also perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Vielen Dank auch an unsere Gastgeber für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Tudo de acordo com o anuncio. Apesar de pequena as crianças adoraram a piscina. O apartamento fica perto de tudo, não havendo necessidade de usar o carro. Passamos uma ótima semana.

Super Wohnung - Erwartungen übertroffen
Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit vielen Highlights … die Terrasse - super fürs Frühstück und ab Nachmittags zum Entspannen, der Pool - noch besser als die Bildern erwarten lassen und vieles mehr … Top auch die Betreuung durch Duarte vor Ort - Danke noch mal für die Unterstützung einen Mietwagen vor Ort zu bekommen … Absolut zu empfehlen!

Super zufrieden
Eine hervorragende Ferienwohnung in guter Lage (2te Reihe). Super Balkon (uneinsehbar). Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend (wir haben zum großen Teil selbst gekocht). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert. Wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Appartement sehr empfehlenswert
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Appartement sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal. Kurze Wege zur City, Bootstaxi oder zum Einkaufen. Erwähnenswert ist auch die wöchentliche komplette Reinigung incl. Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Dies ist in anderen Appartements nicht immer der Fall. Nochmals Danke für Alles! Gruß Dirk

Apartamento prático, cozinha bem equipada, decoração agradável e actual. O apartamento é ideal para uma família de 4/5 pessoas. Apesar de não ter garagem, foi fácil estacionar perto. Piscina pequena mas impecável. O proprietário é empenhado e atencioso. Gostamos!

Schöner Urlaub
Bei Ankunft präsentierte uns Duarte ein paar Häuser weiter eine noch bessere Alternative. Diese war modern eingerichtet mit eigenem WLAN , guten Betten einschließlich richtigen Bezügen und komplett ausgestattet. Natürlich zum selben Preis. Die Gastgeber sprechen deutsch und sind gut erreichbar. Leider hatten wir die letzten beiden Tage kein warmes Wasser und es ist nicht gelungen diesen Mangel bis zur Abreise abzustellen. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Woche und können diesen Gastgeber weiter empfehlen.

schöne Wohnung in super Lage
wir waren im Juli als Familie für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Von der großen Terasse hat man einen tollen Blick. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man mitten im Ort und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt tolle Restaurants und der Strand ist sauber und sehr schön. Die Kommunikation vorher war sehr gut, alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!
