Our house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Heiligenhafen. The apartment is located in a semi-detached house (below). This is a 50m2 Erdgschosswohnung + terrace. Another apartment 75m2 is located in the upper area of the semi-detached house (1. Floor + attic).
In the other half of the house lives the landlord. The landlord has the opportunity to use the washing machine. The garden can be used by our guests.
The pedestrian zone (the city center) can be reached in about 15-20 minutes on foot.
The beach is about 2000m.
Additional costs:
Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 40 EUR (obligatory).
Towels: per tenant per object per day (obligatory).
Bed linen: included in the price per object per day (obligatory).
Internet: per object and day costs of (optional).
Parking: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Electricity: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Visitor's tax / tourist tax: per person and day costs of 1. 8 EUR (compulsory).
