The semi-detached house (lower house) has just been newly renovated. The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The shower rooms and the kitchen are bright and modern and leave nothing to be desired. There is a large living and dining room with a great kitchen. There is a large front garden, some with tiled terraces. Of the two bedrooms there is access to another terrace. On the property you can park his vehicle. The beach is max. 5 minutes walk.

Kleine Probleme

Die von uns gemietete Wohnung war leider bei Anreise schon belegt, so dass wir auf eine andere Unterkunft ausweichen mussten. Dann hat aber doch noch ein Wechsel stattfinden können. Die Wohnung hat ein paar kleine Mängel aufgewiesen und ist nicht wie beschrieben grade saniert worden sondern vor sechs Jahren. Ein Fenster ließ sich nicht verschließen und der Wäscheständer war defekt. Trotz Reklamation ist leider nichts passiert. Am vorletzten Tag versagte noch ein zweites Fenster.

Santa Maria de Llorell ist ein besonderer Ort;

7 Minuten zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Strand, gehört zur Anlage; Strandlokal bietet aus Karte gutes Essen. Tipp: Fragen, welchen Fisch (außerhalb der Karte) man da hat. Mir wurde eine Dorade serviert, mit Miesmuscheln u. Soße sowie 2 Gambas als Beilage. Ich war begeistert. Nur wenige 100 m rechts an der Straße nach Tossa ist ein einfaches, aber preiswerteres Lokal mit gutem Essen. Dort unbedingt gegrilltes Hähnchen probieren, wenn der freundliche und herzliche Wirt welche hat (bei den Öffnungszeiten Google nicht vertrauen. Danach hätte das Lokal ab 17 Uhr geschlossen.) Frau Bruns, die sich vor Ort um die Mietobjekte kümmert, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
