THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the 6th floor of Tower 4, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. All stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. The condo accommodates 4 persons with a king bed in the master and a queen sleeper in the living room. The bathroom features a walk in shower.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo seats four at the dining table.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access.

Long weekend get-away

It was a wonderful place to stay for an extra long weekend stay! Kim was very helpful and friendly with all communication we had. Highly recommend this place as we will definitely keep this place in mind for next time.

Best Condo!!

We’ve stayed at many different properties and this is the best! Beautifully updated and furnished. The balcony is large with sliding doors and windows across entire space. Very clean. Owner quickly answered our questions. Will definitely be back

Beautiful View

Property was just as described. Well appointed. I would suggest an additional flip lock or deadbolt that the occupant could engage when going to bed (just like in a hotel). Otherwise the stay was great. Would come again.

Great Place

The host was amazing, very responsive and quick! The condo was perfect for our stay. We wanted peaceful and relaxing and that's what we had during our stay. We had chair service for the beach which was nice. Pools were nice but a little too cold for us during our week. The hangover bar area was great to have, only wish was that they stayed open later into the evening. Highly recommend this condo unit.

My Daughter and I stayed here for a short getaway.. My daughter had lost her oldest Son/ my grandson recently and this was just the place for her to relax and catch her breath!! It was an Amazing place to stay , not crowded at all !! We loved it here❤️

Quick getaway

We booked this unit last minute for a quick trip down to the beach. This condo was perfect, loved the large living room and the bedroom being on the beach side of the condo, resulting in a very large deck giving the condo beautiful views from everywhere. The check-in process was very easy, communication with Kim's Condo's was quick and informative. The condo is well stocked, bed is comfortable, views are amazing, short walk to the beach and is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The complex was clean, secure and with multiple pools and hot tubs could find some privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this Condo! Beautiful view of the beach.

This place was perfect for a couple. Amazing view of the beach, quiet and clean. Bed was super comfortable. I would recommend one thing, under the bed is very dusty. Otherwise, we will be back!

Beautiful location but filthy condo!

Upon our arrival we inspected our condo. Bed sheets were stained with something yellow , not washed. There was an inch of dust on our bedroom fan. Bathroom floor was filthy! It was covered in hair! We tried contacting Kims condo customer service several times. No one answered the phone or called us back . We have pictures of everything. Condo location is beautiful but unfortunately condo was very dirty!

Amazing!

We had the best time staying here. The condo was amazing. It was perfect for myself, husband and our 8 month old. We had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The condo itself was very nice. The pool area was in great placement to everything around. Our beach access was very simple and easy. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and even helped us when I left some personal belongings inside the condo. Would love to definitely stay here again!

Very Good Unit - Would Rent Again!

The property overall - was very nice. It was clean and well maintained. The location is great with easy walking distance to popular restaurants and shops. The view from the 6th floor was much better than expected and was quite spectacular. the oversized patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee, lunch breaks and after the sun set. Loved the wood look of the tile flooring. The bathroom was a bit dated and could use an upgrade to match the rest of the condo - but truthfully, that is very picky statement. The bathroom was clean, functional and accommadated us without complaint.

Great Property

It looked as if the property had recently been remodeled and the owners did a great job for a rental property. You could tell there was much thought involved. The only negative was the bath needs som TLC. I suppose the owners will make that the next “project”. The beautiful wide beach and the views from both the Living Room and Bedroom were a real plus. Both doors led out to an oversized balcony with comfortable chairs and a stunning GOM view. The management group was very responsive and communicated well. 4++ stars overall.

A piece of mind

I love your place right there on the beach looking out at the ocean from the room and the front room walking distance to pineapple willy's the only thing that was wrong the upstairs tent was loud every night around 8p or 9pm it was bumping sound and need so kinda of streaming box but I would pick your place over again and again love it thank you for renting it out to me
