Light-filled living room with gas fireplace, open floor plan to separate kitchen, fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, everything you need to make and eat meals for.

Large flat screen TV with Apple TV for streaming entertainment, with Netflix, Hulu,m and Amazon Prime included. This unit features great temperature central air system and a well built structure, insulated from other guests. A huge highlight is a great balcony with a fabulous view of the pool, Hollywood and the city.

Large bedroom with comfortable king size bed and nice fresh linens, ample closet space including built in shelves, with mirrored paneled closets to enhance the spaciousness. All designer style furnishings included, just bring your personal belongings! Storage space available to rent in the building.

ALL the best amenities are including in your stay, which is so hard to find in West Hollywood for short-term rentals. There are resort-style facilities on the premises which include a large pool, hot spa and Fitness center with state of the art cardio and weight equipment and flat screen TV. Gated parking — rare TWO parking spaces — 2 Modern elevators, private mail room, Security patrol and on site Day Manager. Design upgrades throughout the apartment with washer inside the unit (though the dryer doesn’t work well, it’s a building thing). Dogs also allowed too, if 30 pounds or less. Some storage space may be available.
