Great home located in the heart of Cape Coral. 3/4 bed and 2 bathrooms. Awesome heated pool, cozy fire pit and 4th bed is a private space ( outside main house) with queen bed , air conditioning, couch, mini fridge & a microwave that be rented for extra guest for an extra $45 per night.
This property is located about 30 minutes away from Southwest Florida International. It also about 30 minutes from Fort Meyers Beach. There are plenty of other beaches close by like Sanibel Island, Bonita Beach and Lovers Key State Park. Close to great restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet comfortable stay

We had a great stay. The kids loved the pool and we were glad to leave the midwestern winter behind for a few days. The location is convenient to local amenities and is a 30-45 min from the beaches to the south.

Vacation Oasis

Located in a very quiet neighborhood, this vacation oasis had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! The layout of the home was perfect for us with the primary bedroom and bath on one side of the single-level home and the other bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the other side (with the kitchen, living room & dining room in between). Carole has thought of everything you will need to have a fabulous vacation! You can tell that a lot of attention and care was put into the decor and all the amenities. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pans, dishes, drinkware, and had many extras such as blender and air fryer. We enjoyed the outdoor living area/patio with screened in pool and used it every day. Carole was very responsive and helpful to all communications from the time of reservation and throughout our stay. Highly recommend visiting the Edison and Ford winter estates, gardens and museum in nearby Ft. Myers.

Home away from home!

Loved that they had all possible cooking needs even an air fryer. I was there over the Xmas & New Year's holidays so was able to do cooking. Pool area was nice never got a chance to use firepit but nice area for it. So enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings watching TV in the fresh air.

Amazing stay!

From the check in process to the checkout this little gem was amazing. It’s very close to the stores if you need supplies, the rooms were clean and cozy and the pool and outdoor setup was fantastic. Even comes with an outdoor fire pit which made the nights so beautiful. The pool is clean and warm and gets lots of sun. Fort myers beach isn’t too far away by car as well. The owner was extremely helpful with some of our questions and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great “home away from home”

The house was great!!! It was very clean and a great place to call “home” and come back to each day. Beautifully decorated and kitchen and master bath are newly remodeled. We loved having a nice grill, washer/dryer, plenty of pillows and extra blankets, table inside and outside, and of course the warm pool! We appreciated all the dishes and utensils… plus the foil and ziploc bags. These were things we didn’t think to grab at the store. We also LOVED the beach stuff… it was PERFECT! Towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella and cooler were all in great shape and so helpful! There were 4 bikes in the garage too… but we didn’t get a chance to use them because we ran out of time! The house is 5 minutes from groceries and shopping and close to water park and mini golf. On a very quiet street. Carole was very responsive to any questions! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home close to all the places we wanted to visit. Well maintained. The only issue we had was the check in code did not work however despite our late arrival, the host was still able to get us in. Would recommend

Great Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home with our 4 children. The house was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what we needed to comfortably fit our family of six. The pool was perfect and my littles became stronger and more confident little Swimmers from all the hours they played in the pool. We visited Sanibel Island, played mini golf and so much more. Carole was so easy and pleasant to work with. She was excellent about responding to any questions promptly and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property!
