5-Star Suite with Lake View and Large Balcony

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 1400 sq. ft. suite with a giant 360 sq. ft. balcony that includes a lake view. This suite is attached to another unit above it but it is completely private with its own entrance. The space is all yours to enjoy. All furniture and appliances are brand new. There is plenty of patio furniture to enjoy coffee or cocktails on the balcony while soaking in the serenity of beautiful Lake Hamilton. This suite is completely comfortable for up to 8.

Important: Guests will be asked to complete ID verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact guest via email and/or text. Guest will also have the option to choose between two damage protection plans for their stay: a $10 security deposit or a $35 damage waiver, both non-refundable. A damage protection plan is needed to complete your booking. Please make your selection before your stay to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in.

Peaceful lake views

The property was extremely clean and had an open main space with huge picture windows that looked out to the lake. The main space opened out to a spacious porch overlooking the lake. The primary bedroom also looked out over the lake had plenty of closet space. The mattress was also very comfortable.

The owners done fantastic at making this place home away from home. We traveled with 3 children, ages 6, 3, and 1. We all had a great time. The neighbors dogs are super sweet too and greet you. Will definitely return!

Grandkid mini vacation

The inside was beautiful and clean! The balcony was wonderful. The path down to the entrance was very dangerous for children and/or older adults. There was debris on the path that made it difficult to walk on. We were disappointed that we could not walk down to the water or even get to the water from the condo. It is in a residential neighborhood with no access to the lake at all. If it had been closer to the lake it would have been perfect. It did say "lake view" which I assumed meant lake access! My bad!

Great Stay, Great View - Things to know if travelling with small kids

My family and I stayed in this property for two nights in February. The balcony and the view are huge draws for this property and it did not disappoint. It was too cold during our stay to be outside much, but all the windows meant we still got to enjoy the view. The main living area is large and open, plus having a separate bedroom for the kids was great. The unit is heated (and I assume cooled) by 2 wall units, one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom. We had no problem getting the place warmed up after we arrived, but we did have to leave the door to the 2nd bedroom open so that warm air could circulate and keep it toasty. The furniture, inside and out, was new and comfortable. The appliances are all new and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, baking sheets, and utensils. There was a Keurig machine with 2 coffee pods and 2 tea pods. There was also olive oil and salt/pepper, which was a nice touch since those things are both frequently needed and frequently forgotten. Bear in mind that there's no dishwasher, so you will need to wash any used dishes by hand. There are Smart TVs in each room with some tv shows and movies available automatically. We brought our Roku from home though and had no trouble connecting it to the main TV. The Wifi was easy to connect to and never gave us any trouble. The location was easy to find using Google Maps. This is a downstairs unit and while the path down to the side door is unpaved, there is a handrail and lights to make sure you don't lose your footing. There are a couple of things that weren't obvious from the property photos that you might want to be aware of, especially if traveling with younger kids. First off, this is a downstairs unit and there is a staircase leading to the upstairs unit. A locked door at the top keeps each unit private, but if you have kids who are prone to wanting to climb stairs, consider bringing a baby gate to keep the stairs off-limits. Likewise, there is a storm shelter room in this unit with a door that bolts securely from the inside, but it doesn't latch or lock from the outside. Finally, there is an exterior door (with a lock and deadbolt) in the 2nd bedroom. This might be a welcome addition if you're traveling with older kids or another couple, but just something to know ahead of time. Overall, we had a great time during our stay at this property and would have no reservations about recommending it in the future.

The lake offers boating, fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding and any other water sport you may want. The suite is very large an spacious and has a huge 12' x 30' balcony that offers a peaceful and quiet lake view. Everything in the suite is new and has been professionally furnished to offer maximum comfort and satisfaction.
