Welcome to my 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home!
This home is just 8 mins walk to Lees Lake, located about 7 mins to Canoga Park, 7 mins to Chatsworth Reservoir, 7 mins to Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve, 9 mins to Westfield Topanga and The Village, 16 mins to Northridge Fashion Center, and 25 mins to Sky Zone Sky Trampoline Park.
Cozy and inviting, you will feel perfectly at home in this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business!
The 2 bedrooms features a queen-sized bed each, the other bedroom has a California king-sized bed and there is a sofa bed - which comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests!
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working
I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!
This home also includes high-speed WiFi, TVs in each room, and there are 3 free parking spot in the driveway and street curb side.
