Very nice apartment!
Had everything we needed in the apartment. Nice to have a store close by. Five stars. It was many steps to the beach but it didn’t bothered us.

The property, was very good and was clean and had everything we needed. Very well finished.
The only problem was the distance from the beach. It was wrongly advertised 400m in sted of 800m uphill. We end up renting a scooter.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgesprochen gut, auch vor Ort gab es ein Ansprechpartner. Wir waren mit der Wohnung zufrieden, den Strand und alle nötige Geschäfte konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Vor allem in dem kleinen Laden um die Ecke gab es Brötchen und alles nötige.

Alles da was man braucht, modern und gepflegt. Allerdings ist das Apartment nur bedingt für Ruhe/ Erholungssuchende geeignet weil es in einem Mehrparteienhaus im Erdgeschoss liegt.

Schöne und moderne Wohnung
Wie auf den Bildern eine sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung. Es mangelte an nichts. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsläden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Strand ist innerhalb 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr angenehm. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr schönes modernes Appartement in guter Lage
Wir waren begeistert von dem schönen Appartement und unserem Urlaub in Makarska. Die große Terrasse bietet sich sehr gut an für schöne Grillabende. Man läuft nicht weit zum Meer (10 min) mit einer tollen Promenade mit leckeren Restaurants, Bars und kleinen süßen Geschäften und Buden. Es gibt viele Angebote für Touren Rund um Markaska. Der Eigentümer ist ein sehr freundlicher Herr, der immer telefonisch erreichbar war und bei Fragen gerne zur Verfügung stand.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub nicht weit von der Promenade
Von Anfang an eine sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Es mangelte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und in einem exzellenten Zustand. Bis zur Promenade in Makarska sind es 10-15 Minuten, kein Problem. Nachts war es ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Makarska lohnt sich immer wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, nicht weit vom Strand.
Wir waren sechs Nächte in Makarska und fanden die Unterkunft super. Erwartet wurden wir an einem ausgemachten Treffpunkt von Robert, der sehr nett war und uns alles erklärt und gezeigt hat. Er hatte auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das tolle an der Wohnung ist, dass man es nicht zu weit zum Strand hat und doch nicht mitten im Trubel ist, denn in Makarska sind (leider) zu viele Touristen. Sehr hilfreich war der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, bzw. in der Tiefgarage. Von der Ausstattung her ist die Wohnung auch top, wir haben ein paar Mal gekocht und sind sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Keine hundert Meter weit ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles zum Überleben bekommt. :-) Ebenso um die Ecke ist eine Bäckerei, mit vielen leckeren Angeboten. Dieses Apartment können wir auf jeden Fall und mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
