You'll find ease, comfort and charming style in this 2B | 1B Beach House that comfortably sleeps 6 and is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You can enjoy a cold drink on the swing while you throw your fresh catch on the grill. You're just a short walk from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions. You'll find all the comforts of home, including a full-size washer and dryer so you don't have to bring your entire wardrobe! No Check In procedure to deal with or standing in lines. When you arrive go straight to your condo and get your swimsuit on - then Hit the Beach! This property has a 7-night minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months.

You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Sands. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen area along with the porch swing in the evenings. The short walk and easy access to the beach was definitely a plus!

Wouldn't want to stay here for more than 2 days.
Cute, but zero privacy. The houses are very close together. I wasn't comfortable with the location. My 3 grandchildren & I were approached in the front yard, by a young man who asked if we had any marijuana? There was an RV parked in the back,very close to the house. Not sure who it belonged to. We were there for only one night. I would not want to stay there again and definitely not for more than one night.

Cottage By the Beach
Very nice little cottage by the beach. Recently renovated and clean. Everything we need for a quick get away and large enough for a family of 5. It was equipped with everything we needed including some beach gear we were happy to have available. Only complaint was that internet speed was very low and seemed to drop connections at times. Overall was a great stay and would come again for a week.

Great little beach house
House is right across the street from the beach, with a quick little walk . House was clean and cute. It is close to everything you need!! Would def recommend!!!

Great location, not the cleanest
Overall a good stay. Our family of 5 was pretty packed in here, but we spent most of our time on the beach and visiting family. Great location, easy walk to the beach and local restaurants/shops. Cutely decorated, just looked and felt well used. If you’re a clean freak like me, this is not an ideal place for you. We couldn’t even turn the ceiling fans on due to the amount of dust. The house could really use a good thorough clean. We loved the location though, just won’t be staying here next time.

Wish I could give this place more than 5 star!!!
This little house was perfect for my family of 5, plus a friend. for a last minute beach trip. The location is GREAT! You never have to drive on Beach Blvd unless you just want too. It was a very easy, quick walk to the beach...we were there with 4 kids ages 10-18 and getting to the beach was not a problem at all, even with all our chairs, bags, umbrellas, ect. There are several restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive (Picnic Beach & Mikee's are right down the road) There is a Dollar General also just a couple of blocks away. The house itself has a great layout! Everyone had plenty of space to themselves. The beds are comfy, the towels were fluffy, and the A/C is cold! There is an outdoor shower, which I didn't know I needed in my life, and was an unexpected added perk. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and a crockpot. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, modern, and perfect for our family of four. We cooked all of our meals there, and it had all of the appliances/dishes that we needed. It was also a five minute walk to the beach each day, which was convenient. We felt safe, and I would HIGHLY recommend this property to others!

Cozy cottage
Extremely clean and cute! Master bed is very soft and double bunk bed is firm. Well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances. For us, it was a long walk to the beach but still do-able. Location was excellent.

Great Little Beach House!
Great location! Perfect for our family of 3. Just across the street from the beach, easy walk! Great view of the condos with not many homes in front of you. Two great palm trees on either side of the deck. All nicely updated- very clean- loved the section down below the house too, nice porch swing. Kitchen had everything we needed. A kuerig coffee machine might be nice for the future. Appreciated the warm throw blanket, it was a little chilly one night! My 3 year old loved the bunk bed. Master was a little small with limited storage, and the bed pretty soft, but it didn't bother us. Would definitely rent again! Had a small wifi problem when we arrived, problem was solved fairly quickly through My Beach Rentals. Really enjoyed this beach house.
