~This 2 bedroom + 2.5 Bathroom brick townhome🌴 is located one mile to surfside pier/beach, 🏖 water parks, ⛳golf, restaurants perfectly located in Surfside beach between all the attractions in Murrells inlet and Myrtle Beach. This unit has large screened porch and large sun deck ☀️off master bedroom. Spacious living room with Electric Fireplace and flat screen tvs + internet in all rooms.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and two twin beds in front bedroom. Updated kitchen with stainless steal appliances. Covered front porch and front door parking. Convenient to everything !

**Absolutely NO PARTIES /NO MOTORCYLES/NO DRUGS/NO INDOOR SMOKING.

**please note unit was built in the 1980s and has signs of a townhome that was built in the 80s including imperfect cosmetic finishes. So if you're have unrealistic expectations or looking for Perfection this may not be the right fit. Thanks to all my five star guests who understand this is not a brand new townhome and who've had a great vacation stay. We consistently make improvements and upgrades as needed and guests recommended. Thank you!

Surf Side Stay

Great experience! Would recommend to anyone that is looking to visit surf side! Great location! Nice place! Seven minutes from the beach. You can’t go wrong folks!!

Old and unkept

The location and furnishing was good but the unit needed alit of work done. The ceilings had water damage and stains. The shower walls needed cleaning and repairs inthe spare bedroom. The stairs felt weak and unsafe. The upstairs patio screen doors were stained and unclean and the furniture molded and green. There was an odor. Alot of work needs to be done to the unit.

Our family chooses to stays at this quaint beachhouse in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, and it continues to meet all our expectations. Located on a quiet street, the townhouse offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We've rented this townhouse twice and are eagerly anticipating our third visit. The townhouse, though a bit dated, is clean and comfortable with spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. The coastal decor and attention to detail create a homey atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The central location provides easy access to many attractions. The beach is just a short walk away, offering pristine sands and clear waters ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Nearby attractions include Brookgreen Gardens with its art and botanical displays, and the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, known for dining and entertainment. Huntington Beach State Park is perfect for bird-watching and nature trails. Golf enthusiasts will love the Caledonia Golf & Fish Club and True Blue Golf Club. Family-friendly fun can be found at Wild Water & Wheels water park and Surfside Beach Pier. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach offer great entertainment and shopping. Dining options abound, ensuring a variety of culinary experiences. Great location and property!

My family and I stay at a campground and needed a place for my dad and uncle. This place was in a great location and had everything they needed. They were comfortable and very happy with their stay. Check-in want until 4pm, which was the only slight downside, as we were coming from out of town and arrived around 2pm. Aside from that, it was a great property and we were very pleased!
