Lovely Unit

We enjoyed the unit as it was clean and fresh. Eva was prompt and easy to work with. We did not enjoy the resort pool as much as we had hoped as there was a strong heavy smell of fried fish at all times from the adjacent, Hogfish Harry’s restaurant. It was all pool goers talked about. Also, the pool temperature was 93F (I asked at the front desk) which was too warm for our liking.

Girlfriend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at your resort. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai daily listening to the birds while enjoying the beautiful landscape. Our accommodations were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Hogfish Harry was a fun place to eat with delicious food. Overall, a great stay!

Conveniently located condo

This two bedroom, two bathroom unit was great. Recently updated and well equipped it was perfect for our stay. You could park right below the third floor location and it was a short walk to pool and resort restaurant.

Well kept clean property. The elevators in the building were not working. The property manager indicated the elevators would be fixed prior to our stay...they were not. This is a 3rd floor unit and climbing the stairs several times a day became arduous. We paid a premium daily rate for this unit. We asked for a discount due to non-working elevators and recieve no response from the propety owner.

Comfortable unit on a nice property in a great area

The condo was very clean, orderly and organized well. The kitchen has everything we needed and things appeared to be very new. The bathrooms were also very clean and new feeling. Master bath has so much counter space, you can really spread out with your toiletries. The lighting was really nice in there too. I found the bed to be very comfortable and that is something that is a challenge for me with rentals. The A/C really kept the place cool at night, good for those of us who are hot sleepers. Everything felt very cozy and homey and the screened in lanai gave a nice view of the property. The area around Park Shore is so nice, pretty residential, only about a mile from the beach. Also close enough for a short drive to the north and east sides and their businesses, but also to downtown. Communication with the owner was easy and on point. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome location! Restaurant Hogfish Harry’s was fantastic! Walked to grocery, shops, restaurants!

Great condo. Small but perfect. Bed comfortable. Great location! Mile walk to the beach but easy. So many shops, restaurants, boutiques, nail places, grocery right at our door. Will stay again. Couple wish things: bigger coffee mugs, better cooking utensils, Tupperware to store food would be great, keyless entry would make the stay much easier instead of carrying the metal key around. It was the only key and worried we would lose it. Overall a great trip and condo. We will be back.

Just What We Needed

We were in Naples to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday. This condo was perfect for what we needed. It had enough space for my husband and me, as well as our college age kids. We enjoyed having such a comfortable, clean space to hang out in when we were not with our extended family. We utilized the balcony, watched a basketball tournament in the living room and played cards at the dining table. We had all we needed in the kitchen for making breakfast each morning. We also used the resort pool which was nice. We did not have enough time to try pickle ball though! I have already recommended this unit to a friend!

Great condo in a terrific resort

This is a really nice condo unit. It looks like it was recently renovated and is in terrific shape with nice furnishings and appliances. Our host Eva was helpful and responsive. The resort is great too with well maintained tennis and pickleball courts, a beautiful pool area, and a gorgeous courtyard area filled with water and wildlife. There is a restaurant on the courtyard island that was packed the whole time we were there and several newer Weber grills on the patio for the guests. Easy drive to many restaurants, grocery and other shops, and beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely visit again!

Spring Getaway

Excellent, property very nicely kept and condo was clean and nicely decorated. And perfect for 4 people. We stayed with two college age girls and there was plenty of things to do nearby. Seagate beach was the best and so close. I really liked that you could walk to few different restaurants and shopping.

Park Shore, Naples FL.

Our stay at Park Shore was very relaxing. The pictures in the posting is exactly how it looked. Check in/check out was very easy. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. There were no instructions once in unit (where to put garbage, recycling), there were no hangers in unit so our clothes were laying over chairs, beds etc. I didn’t realize the property manager was near in the Naples area so I didn’t call. I did however email and had a quick response. Close to grocery store, shopping and great restaurants. Traffic around Naples and surrounding area can be very busy but the complex itself is very quiet. It is a fairly large complex with a small pool area and not a lot of chairs and it filled up very quickly. Most days we were able to find chairs but other days we just had to keep checking to see if any emptied. We’ve stayed in this area before and definitely think there was way more people there now. Dinner reservations are a must if you plan to eat out. Overall, our experience at Park Shore was a good one.

Beautifully decorated!

This condo was updated nicely but missing a few amenities. No wine opener or chef knives for cooking. The hairdryer was very old and small - bring your own! Wastebaskets in the bathrooms would be nice. There are some ugly stains on. the sofa so we stayed off of it. They had extra blankets and pillows. Primary. bedroom pillows were like sleeping on basketballs so we used pillows from the 2nd bedroom. Hot water was a premium and does not last long at all. Very comfortable for my husband and me. We think it would be crowded with 4 people. We went to the pool once and it was very crowded. We did not have a chance to visit the restaurant.
