Charming Home, ideal Location

Loved this charming, unique and comfortable home. Had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time there. Great location for enjoying Sea Pines and the rest of Hilton Head.

Home was Lovely - Property Management Company Difficult

The home was beautiful, very well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we had numerous issues with the property management company. We do a significant amount of traveling as a family and this company was the least customer service driven of any we’ve encountered. 100% recommend trip insurance if you book this home due to the property management company, Relax Rentals. We had a family crisis prior to our trip and we were so hopeful the company could work with us. We did NOT expect a refund but we absolutely expected a general manager that would offer customer service and she did not. We won’t rent another property with Relax Rentals again. This has nothing to do with the home. We 100% recommend the home and our rating reflects that.

Great beach trip

Property was lovely for a big group - space for everyone to have 'me time' and still be together. Clean and comfortable. Downside is the beach was not very accessible - looks close but not easy to get to esp with gear.

Great location

Location was great, easy bike to beach and the trolley was right across from the house. The pool was perfect for us as the kids could swim in the mornings and evenings and not bother any of the other properties. Property was in great condition and very comfortable and spacious the couch had one section that the springs were broken but the kids didn’t mind. Overall a great property and we would definitely stay here again!

Sea Pines Area - Greenwood Drive

Home was great, area was perfect. Close to everything, the trolley was good going to and from the beach area and also within Sea Pines. Love the Ocean!! Coming from the midwest, that is a real treat. Can't wait to plan 2025 vacation at Sea Pines, HHI.

Relaxing family vacation!

Great location for bike ride to Harbor Town, shops and the beach. Nice, heated pool and plenty of space for kids and adults. Well-furnished home for our family of 6 and parents. Would definitely go back!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This house was in an amazing location in Sea Pines, close to the horses, the beach, and walking trails. We enjoyed walking each morning, exploring the area, and then cooling off in the pool. We had a hard time everyday trying to get our son out of the pool actually, haha. The house was very clean and the remodeled bathrooms were wonderful! And Relax Rentals was very easy to work with, check in and out was a breeze! The only negative for us was having the half of the family in the pool house. If you have teenagers the pool house would be an amazing fit! They would love the privacy. My husband, kids and I felt a little out of the loop in the pool house but its because our kids are younger. At night we went back to the pool house earlier in the evening, so we felt like we missed a little family time. This is only a preference on our part, the house itself was great! Highly recommend staying here if you are in search of a Hilton Head property!

House is perfect for our group. Grandson never gets out of the pool except when he leads a bike ride to the beach. Bathroom upgrades and entrance change were both positive additions. Pool water could have used a little more attention from pool company this year. Thanks, Miek and Sharon Immer

Great vacation destination

253 Greenwood is a wonderful vacation home. The layout is unique but really useful if you have teens. The 2 bedrooms that are separate from main house, in like an old pool house connected to main house just not by an inside door, allows teens to have their own space. It's stocked like a regular residence, not a short term rental. And that sure is nice. The pool is good sized and shaded so it's not too hot on hot summer days. Relax Rentals was extremely easy to work with and sent all pertinent information ahead of time so getting sea pines passes and getting in the house was a breeze. We had 2 issues while there and they were resolved that day or the next morning. Easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach club. I would highly recommend this house for anyone's vacation.

Excellent Home

This house met the needs of our family. We loved that the trolley stop for the beach is right across the street! This makes it convenient for everyone to come and go as they please. The layout of the house is on point, the “pool house” is great for the teenagers to be off to their own but still under the eyes of adults. The only negative we had was the pool was dirty and not cleaned until Wednesday. We were able to use the net to get leaves and needles of the top but it was in desperate need of vacuuming.
