Newly built in December 2021, this spacious studio includes wood vinyl flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings and large windows which allow for plenty of natural light.
This studio offers a queen size murphy bed with built-in shelving and drawers. Easily lifted and lowered, allowing for full use of the studios 500 sq. ft. of living space.
The studio's full sized kitchen includes an island with seating, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. Offering ample cabinet and counter space the kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you need to cook up a meal and serve to your guest. Off the kitchen is a closet with a rod and shelving.
The Living area includes a sofa, coffee table, smart television and bistro table seating two.
The full bathroom includes a wide vanity, walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer. Air conditioned and heated by a split unit.
Located centrally in Coronado's Village, this property is located 2 blocks from Orange Ave, 2.5 blocks from the Bay, and 5.5 blocks from North Island Naval Base.
