Aquashores is a gorgeous townhome with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to four. A calming palette serves as the backdrop in this coastal retreat, while beautiful interior finishes, cozy decor, and an inviting floorplan invite you in for a relaxing stay. The open/concept living-dining area features plenty of room for the whole crowd, and preparing snacks and meals is a cinch in the beautifully-appointed kitchen with plenty of counter space. Cozy up on the couch for a movie or gather for coffee at the dining table or breakfast bar. Better yet, take it outside for some fresh air on the covered balcony. The bedrooms are just as inviting, with a king-size bed in the master suite with access to the private balcony and a queen-size bed in the guest suite. Parking is available for one vehicle, and a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience!

Hang out at the community pool, bike along 30a, and swing by The Hub, the community epicenter with boutiques, restaurants, and live music. Jump on the Timpoochee Trail and explore the 17 miles of bike paths traversing through the area. Hit Seaside and Blue Mountain Beach to the west or venture to Seacrest and Alys Beach to the east. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
