This beautifully appointed two-story home offers ocean views and is ideally located on 2nd Street in North Jax Beach, only steps from top-rated restaurants, vibrant bars, and the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy sitting area on the lower level, featuring a TV and sleeper sofa – the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The ground floor also includes two inviting guest rooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a king, each with its own TV. These rooms share a bathroom and provide direct access to the private outdoor patio.

On the second floor, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is designed for modern beach living, with a full gourmet kitchen featuring a gas cooktop. Enjoy ocean views from the balcony off the living room, and take advantage of the convenient half bath on this level. The spacious primary bedroom suite, located at the back of the home, includes a king bed, TV, and an en-suite master bath with a large shower.

Outside, the paver patio offers plenty of seating and a grill for alfresco dining, making it easy to enjoy the beach breeze. The home also features a garage and is just steps away from the beach and the 6th Avenue North beach access, adjacent to Margaritaville. Long weekend stay

Well located, a block from the ocean. Pricing was good, well equipped. One suggestion, you show coffee in the picture, it wasn't provided. It was a nice place.

Great house close to the Beach

The property was just as advertised. Very close to the beach. Clean, spacoius, even had all the beach toys available in the garage. Would highly recommend.

4th of July in Jax Beach

Great central location to all Jax Beach has to offer and only a block to the beach! Very clean and nicely decorated- our family really enjoyed our stay. The garage was a bonus to store our bikes.

Long weekend with family

My husband and I stayed here with our daughters (2 and 4) and my husband’s mother for a long weekend. The beach was just a short walk and easily accessible with our wagon. The house was clean and set up nicely for our party. The fenced in patio was nice for young children. The location was excellent.

Loved Every Minute!

I loved everything about this house! From the balcony to the location. Everything about our stay was amazing! My 18 year old got to lay out in back while my 6 year old played in the outside shower. The neighbors were also very friendly. We loved the Deliecomb restaurant right on the corner and such close access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental!

Run for the sun

My husband and my sons were running the annual summer beaches run near here. This location was perfect for the race and for any other beach related activities we did. Easy short walk to the beach and all necessary equipment to enjoy the beach were provided. The house was beautiful and very technology advanced. The layout was perfect for our grown family. Communication with the property management company was easy and efficient. We would stay here again tomorrow.

Decor was modern and everything we needed was provided. There were beach towels and a buggy to carry all of our beach essentials. The beach was much closer that we anticipated and the walk was only a few minutes. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a very nice vacation rental. Visited during Thanksgiving so chilly and didn't get to use outdoor patio or beach. Location is very nice, we could walk to Deck the Chairs, pier, lots of restaurants, beach etc. Layout of the house is also great.Some issues with check-in and out procedures. Never received ANY info on those procedures after signing contract 3 months earlier. Would be nice to receive an email a week before to verify everything and let you know the process. Not sure if it is because we booked through Marriott. Had to track them down through the realtor as apparently there was an issue with the 800 number and my messages were not being responded to. Also was charged a deposit through Marriott that I'm waiting to be refunded. Check-out procedures were also non existent. Had to text to find out what we were expected to do - empty trash? clean dishes? time? linens? That could be posted or left with wifi flyer at the house. Hopefully they will straighten out these issues.

Perfect spot to take in Jax beach and surrounding area. Bring the bikes, def bike friendly area. No complaints, house was as advertised and a very short walk to beach.

Lovely house, great location

The house was two blocks from the beach and a five minute walk to all kinds of restaurants and bars. It was very clean, well equipped and even had a garage we used. The master and living areas are on the second floor so some stair climbing is necessary. Downstairs-two bedrooms, a small "family room" with a tv, and a full bathroom. Would not hesiatte to stay there again.
