Located on the new seaside promenade that runs along the entire Durres Coast, the apartment is extremely well located next to Kamelia Hotel, Grand Blue Fafa, and many other luxury hotels. All amenities around: beauty salon, markets and supermarkets, bars and night clubs, restaurants for all types of budgets. 30 minutes by car from the capital, Tirana. Welcome to Albania!
