Great location!

House was perfect for our girls getaway. Walking distance to many activities and the house was nicely furnished with many amenities.

Not happy one bit with my stay

On Friday I got to the house 4 hours after check in due to travel. When I arrived I went inside and noticed the place was trashed, from the people before? I then waited another hour and a half to check in at that time I contacted the owner asking for compensation due to me not being able to check in for better of 5 in half hours later . The owner said the most he can do is $100 dollars refund which I said was not sufficient, I was then told “contact vrbo if you feel you need more compensation”. As we all know getting in contact with Vrbo is near impossible. As a owner that uses vrbo I’m aware the owner can do as much of a refund as he would like but chose to ignore my request. In addition to all this when I initially booked this place it was a set price then I get a request for more money through vrbo from owner. I rented this house with three beds for a reason to accommodate my family. I got charged a extra $25 dollars a day per person for any guest other then myself . Not very happy what so ever due to this I incident probably will never rent from this owner again.

Modern property with great location!

My friends and I rented AJ’s Beach House for 3 nights to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The property has modern decor and was clean. Some of the kitchen supplies were limited/basic (we bought and left a small mixing bowl and pitcher), but there were cleaning products that I wasn’t sure would be included (paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, detergent, garbage bags, etc.). The best thing was the location! It was walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Overall, we had a very nice stay! Recommend this property!
