This beautiful holiday home is located in a very quiet street in the second line of the sea and can accommodate up to max. 6 people plus a toddler.
The house is rustically furnished with modern elements, so you do not lose the comfort factor that is missing in so many holiday homes.
In particular, the large living-dining room is very cozy and bright, with comfortable armchairs in front of the fireplace, sofas with a view of the private pool and the sea, and of course a rustic and large dining table complete this lounge.
However, the kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with an adjacent pantry and a small wine fridge, perfect for wine lovers!
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, very bright because of the large windows there.
On the first floor there are two further spacious bedrooms, all three with bathrooms en suite.
One of the bedrooms is furnished with two separate single beds.
The master room, the largest bedroom in the house, has a terrace from where you can enjoy the sea view perfectly.
The private pool is located directly at the living room of the house, of course also with a sea view, enough loungers and parasols are also available.
The terrace has a large dining table, right next to the fixed grill, perfect for enjoying barbecue evenings with the whole family!
