Beautiful 1500 sq. ft. Egrets Point Townhome (End Unit for more seclusion) with lagoon and palm views and a nice walk to the beach, restaurants, amenities INCLUDED such as outdoor pools/indoor pool/fitness center/hot tub/Putt Putt, basketball, tennis courts, pickle ball and bike trails. 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and a pullout couch. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Quiet and peaceful within a 300 acre wooded resort. 18 hole Golf Course available but not included in price, Marina with boat ramp and water front restaurant less than a mile walk. Escape to Edisto...a sanctuary from daily chaos. Sunrises, sunsets, deer and dolphins.

There are two other Egrets PointTownhomes like this one that are available for rent as well for a large gathering. The three Townhomes have to be planned well in advance.

Ask about the availability of a golf cart as well.

Relaxing family vacation

We loved our stay at 482 Egrets and Edisto Beach Island! We had the best week playing in the pool, playing in the ocean, enjoying the golf course, mini putt putt course, playground and golf cart! We loved the island life including the local restaurants and ice cream! We enjoyed waking up each day and sitting on the deck overlooking the lagoon and the different wildlife. The townhouse was centrally located to the pool, golf, and ocean. It was well stocked and clean! This was the perfect place for our young family. It was quiet, relaxing, and a place that we made many memories! Keith and Stacie were incredibly helpful with suggestions and recommendations regarding places to visit, restaurants to check out, and where to spot dolphins or landmarks. We hope to visit again!

Off-season visit

This was our first visit to Edisto that was not peak season. We had a great visit and the access to the Wyndham amenities is a big plus. The size was perfect for our group of 5.

Edisto bliss!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfy. Surrounded by peace and quiet, it was very relaxing. It’s close to everything and the golf cart was a plus. Be sure and check out the local shops and especially the ice cream store (yummy).

Clean, spacious, AMAZING hosts.

We came to Edisto the week before Christmas for our annual family vacation. My husband, myself, my two teenage daughters, and my two smaller children, all stayed in this wonderful condo. I will just say, WOW. Super clean, organized, stocked with essentials for our use, and the perfect location for local activities and beach access. All beach gear was provided, as well as bicycles for our kids to enjoy. We rented the golf cart as well and it was super convenient to take to the resorts park, pool, shop and cafe. We also took it to the beach! Keith and Stacy (hosts) we're so amazing. They made sure we knew local events and answered any and all questions we had during our stay. They manage the property personally, and boy was it nice. Very well maintained, clean, safe, home. It's safe to say they are now friends and we can't wait to stay here again next year.

Edisto Island getaway

The condo was as described and very clean. We enjoyed the Wyndham resort amenities as well as Edisto Beach. It was a great vacation and we would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent beach house and host

Our family enjoyed this beautiful and clean home during our stay on Edisto! The hosts, Keith and Stacy made sure the house was ready for us and provided advice and suggestions before our arrival and during our stay. They got a new travel crib when they know we were bringing infants as the previous one got damaged during a flood. Our entire stay was pleasant, we felt safe, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Vacation

Attentive and responsive hosts. Property clean and exactly as described. Close to pool and amenities. Definitely recommend the golf cart to get to and from the beach but is also an easy drive. We had a lovely time, it felt like we were at home. Thank you for a great vacation.

Serenity by the Sea

My husband and I hosted friends from Cincinnati and found the perfect place to stay. It was so peaceful with the lagoon right outside of our condo. The pool was walking distance and the beach was a short golf cart ride away. The condo was clean and comfortable. Our hosts, Keith and Stacie could not have more helpful and kind. Edisto Fun

Our group of four adults enjoyed our stay in your Condo so much. Keith has thought of everything needed for a fun and enjoyable vacation. We enjoyed the bicycles and were so thankful for board games the evening it rained. Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome Mid April

Four seniors looking for a relaxing getaway enjoyed perfect weather, lovely nature lovers deck overlooking lagoon, delicious dining, and many easy access beaches. The Subito townhome has great space and amenities. It was well maintained and stocked by our extremely gracious hosts, Keith and Stacie. Heartfelt thanks and we would definitely stay again!

I am originally from Calvert City, Kentucky. My work brought me to Charleston in the 80's and I stayed! I met my wife and married in Charleston and we have 3 grown sons. We lived in close proximity to my wife's parents and they were an active part of our family life. My father in law was a WWII vet and served 25 years in the Navy. He and his wife were stationed in Asmara Ethiopia in the early 60's where the language spoken was Italian. He would speak to all he met in Italian phrases and words. One of his favorites was "See you Subito!" which means "see you real soon!" Thus the name of the condo - SUBITO! Stay, enjoy, relax and then come back again soon!

Why they chose this property

My in-laws brought my wife and her 2 sisters to Edisto Beach in the 70's and they stayed in a house on Palmetto Boulevard. They have wonderful family memories and the beach was even more quiet and less developed than it is now.
This was an opportunity and something my wife and I have always wanted to do - provide a place of rest and refuge from the craziness in this world! Edisto Beach is a hidden jewel and not as populated as other beaches and it is the perfect spot for a weekend or week getaway.

What makes this property unique

Edisto Beach has great restaurants, churches, grocery and hardware store locations, in addition to Botany Bay and the local marina. It is 45 minutes from the West Ashley area of Charleston and an hour from downtown Charleston if you desire more shopping and restaurant activities in the city!
