Enjoy this beautiful modern home (sleeps 14) all year round! Less than a mile from the ski slopes (seasonal views of ski slopes), and easy access to Massanutten Resort with golf courses, an indoor water park, Massanutten Overlook, and the Family Adventure Park.

The main floor features a comfy seating area and a fireplace, a large dining area that can fit 10, and a very well-equipped kitchen. There is a spacious bedroom with a king bed and attached half bath.

The upper level leads to three bedrooms, including the master suite with a king bed, seating area, and a full bath. There is also a workstation with two monitors. One of the guest bedrooms has a king bed, and the other has two full beds. There is an additional full bath on the upper level with jetted tub and a shower. All the bedrooms have 55" smart TVs.

The basement opens to a movie theater area with a large sectional couch and an 85 inch TV. There is a foosball table, pool table, and a closet filled with board games, puzzles, and books in the gaming area next to the fifth bedroom. The basement bedroom includes two bunk beds.

Great option for JMU graduation!

The house was large enough for our big group! We especially appreciated the open floor plan on the main floor and the outdoor gathering space. The grill was a great feature and the sun hits the deck most of the day. We enjoyed our long weekend and are glad we chose this house over hotel rooms for JMU graduation.

Great time at a wonderful house

Only thing missing was a hot tub that would have made the house near perfect. Driveway was a little steep for some vehicles. But it is the mountains!! Thanks for a great time!!

We love this property - it’s the perfect size for our group, the hosts are super responsive and accommodating, and convenient to all Massanutten has to offer. The kitchen is well appointed. If you have people staying downstairs in winter, I recommend you bring an extra heater or blanket, but I like the cold so it works for us!

Perfect getaway

Great location and easy to get to the slopes in under 5 minutes! Celebrated our sons 16th Birthday with family and friends and there was something for everyone. House/bedroom layout is great. Property manager/owner was responsive and accommodating! Can’t wait to book again!

Great location and nice, open floor plan!

We enjoyed a wonderful extended weekend here with three families/many kids! The house has great separation for multiple families and three king beds (awesome!). The location was fantastic. We hiked, rode ponies, fed the farm animals, and cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The place was clean and our communication with Lee was excellent. We plan to be back…thank you!!

Beautiful fall stay

This house did not disappoint. There was plenty of space in this nicely appointed home and we were close to amenities yet we felt like we had plenty of privacy amongst the beautiful trees surrounding this property. We will stay again!

Great Getaway

Good for our family Thanksgiving

This house worked well for us for our family Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well equipped for fixing the big meal. Mr. Dearing was very responsive to all our questions. The only place I think the house could have been better is to have a table or chest of drawers in all the bedrooms. The master bedroom has everything needed. But overall this house worked very well for the 11of us in our family—7 adults, 3 teens and one tween.

Lovely, spacious house

We had a great experience. It's a large house that easily fit 6 adults and 6 elementary school kids. Very clean at check-in. Well-equipped kitchen. Large deck with a nice table and gas grill. Fun activities: pool table, foosball, even an arcade game console. Good location close to Massanutten with lots to do very nearby. Highly recommend!

Nice house near Shenandoah

My family and I (6 adults and 3 children) stayed for a great week-long vacation in June. The house was clean and Lee was always very responsive if there were any extra supplies we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked and has an open lay out, which was appreciated since we cooked frequently. It is just over 20 mins from the house to the nearest Shenandoah NP entrance station and there are a few grocery stores 15-20 min away. We were a little disappointed that we were unable to access the pool nearby as we expected based on the listing. It is also worth noting that the driveway is a bit tricky. There is plenty of room behind the house, but you have to go down a steep and curved driveway without much room to turn around at the bottom. We only had two cars and can imagine it being harder with much more than that, but doable. Overall a very nice house and a nice stay.

This house was perfect for us. 8 adults and 4 kids 0-6 years old. There was plenty of room and everyone really enjoyed the house. Everything is brand new and clean. Lee was responsive with any questions we had. I'd recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful Home

Great property overall for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay. Very well maintained, clean, comfortable, cozy and has ample of space to accommodate group of 8-10 without feeling overcrowded. It was little chilly during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy outdoor deck but it would be a great hangout spot during warmer days. Loved the play area as well which has a pool and foosball tables. The host was also super welcoming and informative, and made sure our stay is pleasant. I would definitely come back here in future.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect place for our families get away at Massenutten Resort. Beautiful views of the ski slopes from the wrap around deck. Loved the basement with pool and fooseball tables for our teen grand kids and the very large 80” TV. Lots of room for everyone and a short drive to all activities.

Enjoyed our stay and HOME was PERFECT!!!

We went to Massanutten for the weekend for our adult kids to enjoy the snowboarding and us older ones did the tubing. The home was absolutely perfect. The open floor plan was great and it was furnished beautifully. When we arrived on the street. we realized we could actually see the slopes through the woods! We had everything we needed. The property manager was wonderful and very responsive, and check in and check out were very simple. The instructions are framed on the wall which made it easy for everyone to see. Would love to visit another time and stay again! Thank you so much!!

Beautiful home close to slopes!

This home is clean and beautiful. Perfect for multiple families and the children enjoyed the basement/entertainment area! Slopes are visible from the house and 2 min drive to the lodge. Great location, clean, easy check in and out. Two thumbs up!!
