About this property

Our 2017 completely modernized apartment is located in a historic four-sided courtyard in Zweinig, in the heart of Saxony, in the immediate vicinity of the small town of Döbeln.
The well-known Saxon cities of Dresden and Leipzig are about 50 km away and can be reached quickly via the motorway.
The famous Mulderadweg is in the immediate vicinity.
The historic four-sided courtyard has existed since 1854 and has been completely renovated in recent years. Today the farm is mainly used as an Icelandic horse farm.
You can get to know the wonderful Icelandic horses in riding lessons or on horseback rides, or go on holiday with your own horse in Zweinig. Parking spaces for your horses can be rented.

The very quiet apartment is located on the ground floor of one of the side buildings and has a separate entrance.
It includes a very well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room / bedroom with 2 additional sleeping options (fold-away bed), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and a terrace.

It is for max. 4 people can be used.

The apartment costs 50 € / day for 2 people, for each additional person we charge 15 € / day, plus 30 € final cleaning.

Pets can be brought on request.

Sehr herzlich und familiärer Empfang

Wir durften mit Blick auf die Pferdekoppel und in die weite Landschaft frühstücken und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, sehr herzliche Gastgeber

Eine sehr gemütliche, schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer wunderbaren Landschaft! Auf der einen Seite Isländer vorm Fenster und auf der anderen Seite ein sehr hübscher, beeindruckender Nutzgarten. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter mit vielen guten Tipps für Unternehmungen!!! Wir werden gerne zurückkommen!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, die Betten waren bequem, in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Kontakt war wirklich sehr nett. Schade das wir uns nicht persönlich kennen lernen konnten. Aber eventuell kommen wir ja noch einmal wieder, dann klappt es vielleicht.

Heerlijke ontspannende week.

Mooie omgeving met mooie steden. Huis zag er netjes uit, nog niet zo lang geleden gerenoveerd. Je kon er ook heerlijk buiten zitten. Aardige gastheer en gastvrouw.

Een heerlijk rustig plekje tussen de twee grote steden.

Wij hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in het comfortabele appartement van de familie Heft. We werden gastvrij ontvangen door de vriendelijke eigenaar en wegwijs gemaakt. Het is zo fijn om terug te komen na een dag fietsen of een van de grote steden bezoeken. We konden heerlijk buiten ontbijten en ' s avonds grillen met het uitzicht op de paarden. Vanuit het keukenraam een prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Wij hopen zeker terug te komen. Coen en Anneke

Sehr moderne, geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Sehr nette Vermieter, absolut ruhige Lage, wer Pferde mag, wird begeistert sein, diese kann man direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus sehen. Uns hat es super gut gefallen und sagen nochmals vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen bestimmt noch ein zweites mal wieder.

Wohltuende Ruhe fernab von Stress und Hektik

Nicht nur die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und offen, auch die Tiere sind gemäß der uns vertrauten hessischen Redensart "wie der Herr, so des Gescherr": Hund, Katzen und Pferde vervollständigen den harmonischen Gesamteindruck. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster erfreut man sich an einem gepflegten, lieblichen Garten, wo auch Bänke und Terasse zum Verweilen einladen. Leider ließ das Wetter Anfang Oktober 2017 dies nicht zu, weshalb wir auf jeden Fall im Frühling/Sommer wieder kommen wollen. Das Interieur ist behaglich und absolut neuwertig, die Fußbodenheizung tut ihr übriges dazu.
