HOLIDAY APARTMENT DIRECTLY BY THE SEA

The holiday apartment "Villa Matilde", together with 2 other holiday houses, is located in a Mediterranean park. The Mediterranean garden borders on a shallow rocky reef with sand. You can reach it directly through the garden gate.
The holiday flat on the ground floor consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen, shower + WC, WIFI Internet, as well as a large terrace.
An outdoor shower is located next to the terrace.
The car can be parked directly at the holiday home.

There are 2 other holiday homes in the Mediterranean park along with the holiday home. The Mediterranean garden borders on a shallow rocky reef with sand. You can reach it directly through the garden gate.

During a walk through the green park, you will see blossoming oleander bushes, apricot and medlar trees, whose delicious fruits can be enjoyed in late spring, small and large palm trees, almond and numerous olive trees, cacti, agaves, and much more.

The shallow rocky sandy coast in front of the park is almost a private house-beach, which, even in the busy high season, is not very frequented. Here you can enjoy the peace and idyll, let yourself be pampered by the sun during the day and watch the sunset in the evening with a glass of red wine.

Only 2 minutes by car from the holiday apartment are beautiful dune beaches and romantic bays.

During the summer months, various fruit, vegetable and cheese trucks come directly to the garden. At this time, the baker also comes and brings fresh bread, biscuits and croissants directly in front of the holiday home every morning.

MARINA DI MODICA

Marina di Modica is situated directly by the seaside, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, on the most southern part of Sicily. There is a large bay with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by numerous dunes. Marina di Modica is the ideal place for families and in spring and autumn also for people who looking for peace, quiet and want to relax.

Warm temperatures in the low season and spring like conditions in winter permit endless walks along the beautiful sandy beaches and coastlines.

Marina di Modica is certainly one of the few spots in Sicily that has not yet been overcrowded by tourism. Here, as well as in all of the region of Ragusa, you can get to know the real Sicilian life!

To get to all the interesting cities and archaeological sites in the area from our bungalow park, we advise you to rent a car. If you wish we will get a rental for you. Warm spring like temperatures during the low seasons invite you to spend the winter in Sicily.
