This Denver area home is just a 12 minute drive to downtown, 4 minutes to Tennyson Street restaurants and Bars, 6 minutes to Sloan's Lake Park, 8 minutes to the Highlands restaurants and bars and 19 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater. This is your home base in metro Denver with plenty of space to relax, play and central to Denver area attractions.
There is plenty of room to spread out even with a group up to ten. Both upstairs and downstairs living rooms feature large sectional couches and a 65" tv. Downstairs is a pool table, and poker table plus two large bedrooms and bathrooms. One featuring a steam shower. Upstairs a fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The backyard has outdoor dinning for ten, a hot tub, gas grill, corn hole and a gas fire pit. Parking is never a problem with space for six cars in the driveway.
