Located in the heart of Wild Dunes resort; step out the back door and onto the Boardwalk to access the exclusive two ocean front pools, cafe, bar, seasonal live entertainment and beach. You will also be conveniently located with a short walk to the Boardwalk Inn, The Village at Wild Dunes, Tennis Center, Woody's Cafe, The Harbor Pro Shop and Golf Course, The Sweetgrass Pavilion, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sand and Sea Salon and Spa.

Each bedroom offers its own private en suite- perfect for a group of friends, or family to have privacy.

This home has been professionally decorated. The decor throughout the home is a breezy blue and white nautical theme with adorable specialty names for each suite. No Wake Zone suite anyone?

We cannot wait for you to join us, get your toes in the sand and relax!

First floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, patio with steps onto the boardwalk, "No Wake Zone Suite:" full bath, one bedroom with en suite and king bed.
Second floor: two bedrooms with en suite, "Blue Coral" and "Anchor's Away". Both bedrooms bedrooms offer two queen beds. "Blue Coral" also features a crib set for an infant (not adjustable).
Third floor: "Isle of Palms Suite" Considered the Master Suite; offering a king bed, private patio, and en suite with large walk in closet, two separate vanities, walk in shower and soaking tub. Ocean view from the balcony and bathroom! D suite master bath was fully renovated 2024, with new bedroom furniture and decor.

Staying in this home provides complimentary access to the two ocean front pools at the Grand Pavilion. Guests may enjoy all dining outlets within the Resort. Golf tee times and lessons, tennis lessons and bike rentals are available for a fee.

This home offers ten beach chairs, two sand umbrellas, one beach wagon and miscellaneous beach toys for your enjoyment.

Great Thanksgiving

Property manager, Darlene, was excellent. Most responsive property manager I have ever had. We had the Thanksgiving buffet and Friday night oyster roast, both were excellent. This is a great location. You can walk to anything you might need. Property condition could not be better, plenty of space, clean, and up to date. Can't think of any negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

Our family has been coming to IOP and Wild Dunes for 15+ years. This is our first time staying in one of the Grand Pavilion homes right on the boardwalk. I don't think we will stay anywhere else moving forward. The check-in process was easy, and communication from the host was timely and accurate. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and the house provided tons of room and ample sleeping arrangements. Having a short walk to all the pools, the beach, and the market shops was awesome. We look forward to getting back ASAP.

Amazing!

Overall the stay was amazing! It was our 1st time in Charleston and we will visit again. The house was clean and spacious, exactly as it appeared online. The pools were nice and the short walk to the beach was awesome. We walked the beach every night and the sunsets were great!

Storm stay

Layout worked well for multi-generational group. Kitchen a bit tight for big group. Access to beach and pool very good. Host very helpful, especially during storm. Even with tropical storm, we got to the beach every day. Resort staff friendly.

Exceeds Expectations

We loved staying at this beautiful property! We have been vacationing at Wild Dunes for over 15 years and this has been one of our favorite properties to date. Everything was clean, updated, and well equipped even down to a wagon and chairs for beach days. We truly enjoyed our stay and the location right on the boardwalk.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay! The house was well stocked with everything we needed! It was very spacious and we loved that every room had their own bathroom. The house was very clean and the host was great to work with! The resort this property is in is beautiful and it has all the amenities you could want. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and all of the restaurants around. Would love to come back!!

Awesome and well thought out rental

Property owner clearly thought about what families would want in a beach house. Layout is great, amenities are wonderful, location can’t be beat. We really appreciated the thought that was put into the house and making us easy and useful for guests.

Such a great place!

House was as advertised, but better! Very large rooms and pretty sound proof from level to level (we traveled with lots of littles so this was such a nice bonus). Beach, pool and restaurants are steps away making it so easy for groups of all ages. Hope to make this house an annual stop!

Mother’s Day Gathering

We had a fabulous, relaxing time. The beach was beautiful. Wild Dunes was great. Plenty of pools, places to eat, work out and relax. Can’t say enough about how nice all the people who worked at the resort were. A perfect place for a family vacation.

Excellent location and service

The location is unbeatable, you are steps from anything you could need. All the rooms are well apportioned, though the kitchen is a little small. The property manager, Amy, was very responsive and professional.

2nd time back at Anchors Away!

2nd summer back at 117 GP, staying with extended family. We love everything about the house, from the themed bedrooms, to the multiple full bathrooms, to the location steps from the pools, bars, grill, and beach. Not too mention, Amy is a wonderful property manager, who constantly goes above and beyond.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. Worked great for our family. Super close to beach, pools and restaurants. I just wish we had access to the kids pool on property but that’s a rule through Wild dunes. Overall would def stay again!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family during my sister’s wedding weekend. Amy was VERY responsive and super helpful throughout the whole stay. The location was amazing being steps away from pools/beach/bar/wedding ceremony! We have already looked up when we will be coming back to stay. Until next time, Wild Dunes!

Nice home and great location

Overall we had a great stay. The house was very clean and ready when we checked in. The kids love playing on the boardwalk every day and the ability to walk anywhere, we rented a golf cart too and explored the island. Biggest downside here is the Wifi does not work on the second or third floor, with kids and trying to work some, and cell service very poor, it created a number of nuisances. Property manager replied right away and sent out tech, tech said no issues even though I sent multiple screenshots of issues from various devices, it actually got worse after he came. I know networking and this home needs to upgrade to a mesh system and change the network name/pw for better security. Only other small things were the master shower and top floor shower heads all leak about 50% and need replacing, some mattresses are nearing their end of life with big divots in the middle of some of them. Few little maintenance things that could be better taken care of and would easily give this home 5/5.
