For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (17 x 11 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 20 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 20 m, bakery, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 60 m. Surf school, sailing school 200 m, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Nice stay
Really enjoyed our week in Javea. The apartment was in a great location to explore Javea, with so many great restaurants within a few hundred metres. Parking was easy to obtain outside. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked clean.

Good value for money and brilliant location! The shower was quite grubby and defo needs replacing aswell as parking not great in the evenings but the Air con very good in lounge and in between both bedrooms. Kitchen newly fitted and everything else spotless. Pool area lovely, towels and bedding provided. Electric flicked a few times and door to bathroom locked itself from outside but interhome was out to visit in 20 minutes. Would defo book this apartment and use internome again!

El estado del baño malo, con bañera a ntigua, SIN NONGUNA COMODIDAD NI AGARTADEROS PARA ENTRAR Y SALIR. Mala griferia y conducciones vistas.No corresondia al nivel del precio del alquiler.. La ventana del tendedero.no cierra. Y la tabla de plamcha inservible de vieja y sin funda.

Die Gesamtbewertung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Mängel gab es beim Fenster im Raum der Waschmaschine. Dieses konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden, da der Fensterrahmen oben etwas nach unten gedrückt wurde, durch die Mauer. Da Unwetter angesagt war, wäre Wasser in den Raum eingedrungen. Wir kamen mit einem blauen Auge davon, hätte aber schlimmer Folgen annehmen können.
