Studio Loft (3rd Floor) - Beautiful professionally-decorated loft apartment with private veranda located on Broad Street in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Located on the 3rd floor above real estate office. Finishes include heart pine floors, marble surfaces, white-washed brick walls & beams, high definition television & best location in town. 2 bicycles & beach chairs included. Very private. Optional parking ($25 per night) in private lot about 2 blocks away, Adults only. No children or babies. No pets. No smoking inside. No smoking cigars on property.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.

Linens are included. Household items/appliances include coffee maker, microwave, cooktop stove (loft only) disposal, fridge, ice maker (loft only), pop-up toaster, tea kettle, blender, high-definition television, sound machine, hairdryer, iron & small ironing board, dishes, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, beach chairs & beach towels, cooler. Optional parking available in a dedicated space a few blocks away. Can be rented directly through owner after securing reservation. The fee will be included in your final payment.

Charleston for Thanksgiving
This could not have been a more perfect play for my five day trip to explore Charleston. What a clean and cozy apartment. The balcony was a perfect retreat and the bed was so comfortable. I used the bike to ride around the city and along the water. The managers/owner was so communicative and flexible. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great… being able to use bikes, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler was so nice. Loved the covered porch to sit & relax with a drink after walking the town or at night to see the full moon. Would definitely recommend to friends & we’ll be back again soon!

Tastefully decorated and immaculate loft space, just perfect for two. We’ve stayed in Charleston multiple times over the last 20 years, but never in this area. Great proximity to all the things we like to do but in a quiet, uncrowded neighborhood with great shops and restaurants. Loved the style of the loft and its amenities (comfortable bedding)! Kit and Judy were easily accessible and helpful. Thank you!

Let's start off with a huge compliment to the Property Manager, a wonderful communicator, that's major for us with rentals. This loft really is in prime location for walks along The Battery and visits to the market or King St. Great steakhouse a few doors down, amazing espresso martinis around the block. Location was mint! The loft is charming, perfect size for two with everything you could need for a long weekend. The back deck was a great addition to our stay as well. There are stairs, it's a loft, but very easy to access. Total Five Star Recommendation!!!

This property was perfect for a birthday get away for my wife and I. Excellent location, well equipped, clean and spacious all describe the loft and rooftop terrace. I would not hesitate to return to this historic space.

We loved our stay at the loft! It was just what we were looking for...small, quaint and close to everything. It was a nice, comfy place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck out back each day. We will come visit again!

My husband and I were in town for a few days and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location was perfect and the studio apartment met all our needs. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visited. The bonus was the deck for a glass of wine/beer. We highly recommend staying here and plan to return in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The loft is just as pictured! Very clean and cozy. The bed was so comfy! Kit and Judy were very accommodating and sweet. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some great recommendations for things to do! It is in the perfect location. We walked every where and didn’t have to rent a car which was a plus. We did take an Uber to Boone Plantation and to Sullivan’s Island, but everything else was within walking distance. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone else!

This place is perfect for a couple. It is clean. The bed is very comfy. There is a mini fridge, two burner stove, toaster, coffee maker and various other small appliances. Nice private porch across the hall. Nice restaurants on the same block. Walk to various historical spots. Would highly recommend and would book a second stay.

Almost everything you would want to see in Historic Downtown Charleston is within 4 blocks of our location (The Battery, Waterfront Park & Pier, Exchange Building, historic mansions & churches, cobblestone streets, restaurants, bars,shopping, etc.). Dedicated parking space available for additional fee.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful deck overlooking Charleston's historic rooftops, modern renovation historic building dating to mid 1800's. Privacy is key as you are the only tenant of the third floor. Bikes are included for guests' exlusive use. Parking is not necessary for this location. However, if you need it, we have a dedicated space available a few blocks away for an added fee of $20 per day. Must be booked in advance through owner.
