We rent a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment, which is suitable for up to two persons.
The location is central but still quiet! The Veltins Arena, the Bergmannsheil, as well as the city center are in close proximity! The apartment is newly renovated!

Our accommodation is suitable for allergy sufferers and has free 120mbit WLAN!

The fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with grill, nespresso coffee machine, water cooker, toaster.
Dishes, pots, towels and kitchen utensils are sufficiently available.

Good transport connections by car (near motorway connection Gels.-Buer BAB 2 Hanover-Oberhausen-Essen-Dortmund-Düsseldorf) and tram (direction Gels.-Mitte, Wattenscheid, Bochum, Essen).
The Fachhochschule Gels is about 2 km away. Buer, Neidenburger Straße 43, can be reached by bus or bicycle.

Guests are accommodated in the apartment.

In the house there is a washing machine with coin-operated washing machine, coin dryer and laundry linen, which can be used.
