- The large wrap-around PATIO is equipped with comfortable patio seating, Adirondack chairs, end tables, footrests, etc.
- LIVING ROOM has a 75-inch TV, 2 couches and one oversized chair, nesting coffee tables and side tables
- DINING ROOM has an 84-inch table, bench, and dining chairs. Additional 4 bar stools are at the counter. This space seats up to 12 comfortably
- KITCHEN is fully equipped for all your cooking needs: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Additional kitchen supplies include Keurig/Coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, knives, cutting boards, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, measuring cups, baking pans, mixing bowls, colander, shaver, wine, and bottle opener, can opener, pots/pans, silverware, Wok, and more
- LAUNDRY ROOM: Full-size washer and dryer
- BEDROOM 1 MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, two nightstands, chest of drawers, closet, office table, 43-inch TV. The master bathroom is attached with double vanities and a tub. Guests will have beach views from this room.
- BEDROOM 2 BUNK BEDROOM: This large room has a custom built-in queen-over-queen bunk bed, closet, dresser, and 58-inch TV. A bathroom with a shower is attached. These beds can sleep adults comfortably!

- PARKING - There is plenty of parking and we can also accommodate trailer and boat parking.
- AMENITIES: We provide soaps, shampoos, kitchen pods, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish pods, kitchen sponges, hand soaps, bed linens, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, paper towels, toilet paper, and many more amenities.
⋇ PETS. Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $100 per pet per stay. Up to two well be-have pets less than 50lbs minimal shedding allowed. Thanks for checking with us prior your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:
1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised, no-markings, etc.
2. Please do not let dogs on the furniture.
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up after your dogs.
5. Please note our cleaners will charge extra cleaning if dog poo are not picked up or accidents on furniture.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTON
The neighborhood is nestled off Hwy 90/Beach Blvd. and consists of newly built single-family housing. All homes in the area have beach views, and our home is the closest one to the beach with multiple views from inside and outside of the home. It's a small quiet & peaceful community consisting of both short- and long-term residents.
Centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi, our guests will enjoy the many attractions and conveniences in the area.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- IDs will be validated before check-in
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detected will result in a minimum of $250 to $500, and additional fines if it will impact the next guest stay. Smoking is only allowed outside, but please pick up your cigarette butts.
- NO PARTIES, loud music such as boom boxes allowed as this disrupts other neighbors and guests. These types of disturbances will cause immediate termination of stay and fines will be assessed
-NO PETS without owners' consent.
- Linens, towels, beach wagons, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided.
- We provide ample soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in each bathroom but please be prepared to purchase extra if needed. Walmart is a short drive away
- Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials about mandatory evacuations
-The weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season
- For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home and the garage are monitored by security cameras.
-We are in a newly built coastal community close to and surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While it's very rare, please, don't be surprised if you see outdoor pests passing through as they are mostly likely seeking shelter in certain weather conditions. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.
